  6. Luers will be really good. Athletes EVERYWHERE. I mean their D Tackle was back deep to return kickoffs last year. Mater Dei was young last year as well. Scecina has to get through HC again. I don't know what Pioneer has coming back, but both Lewellen brothers graduated, right?
  7. One has a 4A enrollment and One has a 2A enrollment. They both participate in the Sagamore where Webo has won the Sagamore in 2018 & 2019 (as one of the smallest schools in the conference) and as @Footballking16 pointed out Webo has beat them 7 out of the last 10 times. Webo 538 students (grades 9-12) Lebanon 1017 students (grades 9-12) And it doesn't appear there is a Drastic difference in economically disadvantaged (Webo 32.4%, Lebanon 37.9%)
  8. We do a lot of the same things out here. The kids see Coach Pelley and HS kids out at the youth games. There is a camp which is run by the HS Coaching Staff and players. Basic offense/defense are taught. There is a Youth Football Night during a varsity game where all youth teams are announced during halftime of a varsity game. Coach Pelley is involved in the youth program (on the Board) and was fitting youth kids last night for equipment.
  9. My whole basis of posting was around Webo being tied to that word in bold on the first post that DT posted. I am sure there is some truth to the underlined. The underlined and Your second paragraph is the advantages that typically P/P schools have.
  10. That wasn't the context DT provided... "Upscale Western Boone Nips Private School...." Numerous... How many is that 5? 7? 35? How many farming families do you know in the Webo community? I am not arguing there are kids in the Frankfort community that have kids that have to work to help support their family. But you throw DOE data as it is all encompasing. There are kids that have to work to support either themselves or family. I know "numerous" as well. But because Webo has had some success in football then they are a bunch of rich kids (which is false). Again, my basis for posting was the challenging of Webo being "Upscale". Doesn't have anything to do with Frankfort.
  11. The fact that DT called Webo Upscale while being a farming community. We aren't Carmel, Fishers, or even Zionsville. I honestly don't understand... You guys only find things that fit your narrative. My posts were arround the fact that Webo Community wasn't upscale as identified by DT. That the community is a Middle Class farming community and for the life of me I can't understand how a middle class farming community can be described as upscale. That was the basis of my posts. How do you know that, Muda? Your perception/opinion isn't always reality/fact.
  12. I don't understand Muda... You have talked consistently on here about low income kids that have to help support their families... Does that not include young teenage kids that live on farms helping to support their family? Or is it only that narrative when it fits Frankfort and their 4A Classification? You talk out of both sides of your mouth. It's a matter of what the kids have to do before/after practice. Webo is a farming community. Lots of kids do 4H, bale hay, work ground, etc. It's a matter of work ethic. No one is saying those kids were better than anyone (I promise you the kids won't tell you that), it's a matter that DT identified Webo as "upscale". I am guessing those schools that are "upscale" are not baling hay or working farms before/after practices/workouts. I am not sure if you've ever touched a bale of hay Muda but, Baling hay in 90 degree heat is no joke. It's physically demanding. It's tiring. But the kids aren't using excuses. They show up to practices/workouts/camps and do what they have to do at home.
  13. They do. But wouldn't exactly call those small towns upscale. I mean Thorntown and Jamestown do have Dollar Generals though.
  14. They still have a gas station... You completely missed the point Muda... But I would expect nothing different from you. LOL. Full of Wealthy farmers...
  15. I live in the Western Boone Community... Where is this "upscale" that you speak of? Have you been to Jamestown? Thorntown? Dover? Advance?
  16. You need to speak with @Tanka Jahari He is the Grid Expert when it comes to these things.
  17. Correct. LCC replaced Webo in 2A, Webo replaced Chatard in 3A Sectional. It's a 1 year deal and then after enrollments are taken the Sectionals will be re aligned.
  18. Sectionals will be realigned in 2022 when enrollments are taken into consideration. 2021 the only changes to sectionals are those moving up or down due to success factor.
  19. Next year is what I meant Donnie.
  20. I've watched it. Absolutely disgusting. Things like this used to be common when no one understood CTE or Concussions... There is no place for this... Not anymore. The coaches should be removed. There is no place for this in Youth football. There are tackle wheels, dummies, blocking sleds, etc. that can work just as well rather than to get a kid (or kids) injured. Not only injured... But you are running kids out of the game doing drills like this.
  21. Seeger and SV will have LCC in their sectional. Not an easy out come tourney time. When enrollments are released, I think you'll see some fluctuation in what classes some of these teams are in. I think Seeger may drop to 1A which could make it interesting come tourney time if they sit in the same sectional with the Wolfs
  22. Luers has to be the favorite... If they return most of what they had in the State Game in 20 they will be athletic and very, very good.
  23. Annual topic is open! And while there was no conference champion awarded in 2020 (due to schools not playing the full SAG schedule), Danville won all their conference games... Danville has Kale Payne and Dostin back and is looking to get back to LOS on Thanksgiving weekend... Webo moves up to 3A after 3 straight State Titles in 2A... Luke Marsh, Connor Garrity, Robby Taylor, and Coppock will be tough to replace... Tri-West lose Cora, Ross, Hendershot and others but brings back Depinet on D. Frankfort showed improvement last year, Lebanon loses some skilled kids (Harker and Reese), and I have no idea what Montgomery County is bringing back... I know Southmont was really young last year... Expectations and thoughts on 2021?
