I assure you, Goldsberry will NOT be the best player Luers has faced this year. Luers has faced players like Brock Schott and Landin Hoeppner (Leo), Kimar Nelson & Harold Mack (Wayne), James Early and Tristen Newsome (NorthSide) to name a few.....Goldsberry, as good as he is, isn't yet near the league of those players named.....

Garrett stops Knox, runs one play, TD.....huh....funny

Even MaxPreps, who is very reliable, has Knox ranked 77th overrall in IN and 15th in 3A......Garrett? 29th overrall and 3rd in 3A. Knox has had a nice year and won some hardware but the run ends tonight......Garrett 35 Knox 13

You're making my head hurt.....lol. Even though they were only 4-6, one could easily say the win over Dekalb(4A) is just as strong as a Laville (1A), Pioneer (1A) and Jimtown(3A) if not way stronger. Congrats, you beat up on some 1 and 2A schools. Bottom line is Garrett will only need 2, maybe 3 stops all night because Knox will NOT be able to stop Garrett from scoring until they bring the reserves in, and yes, I think it will get to that point.....

Well....agree to disagree...If you want to play apples to apples, Knox beat Tippy Valley this year 26-3 (215 rushing yds)....Garrett HAMMERED Tippy Valley 42-13 (341 rushing yds) not to mention the Railroaders are the only team to beat Adams Central in the regular season in the last 3 years this past year so your strength of schedule argument kinda goes out the door.....Garrett by 17 and the game will never be in doubt.....

If I didn't know any better, and maybe I don't, that looks like a man desperate for Luers to get knocked off so Heritage Hills wouldn't have to face them in Indy.....🤞

I find it interesting all the talk on here is about Luers while NOONE seems to think about Garrett in the north......could come back to bite some people in the next 2 weeks.....Garrett is for real....

They are the epitome of a SOLID team. Only loss was to Snider where they were essentially out-atheleted.....They have no "4.5" speed guys or D-1 talent but are extremely hard nosed. Good size on both lines and a dual threat QB. Played a Dwenger team whose "strength" was in the trenches and completely obliterated the Saints in the trenches while handing them there worst post season loss in the programs history. The previous week the also shut out a Leo team with 2 committed D-1 kids on their offense. They are definitely for real and ,in my opinion, going to playing on Thanksgiving weekend.....

Won't happen.....Northridge will handle them by being more disciplined and more hard nosed...NS coaches will get frustrated and that will filter to the players and things will implode....

Heard Carter got dinged up in the scrimmage last Fri against what appeared to be an improved Dekalb team. Hopefully he doesn't miss any time.

Dwenger at Brownsburg......brutal 2 game stretch to start the season North Side at Northridge.....hard-nosed discipline always beats undisciplined talent Wayne At Crispus Attucks.....may be the start of a solid season for the Generals Hamilton SE at Carroll.....the Jimmy Sullivan final season tour begins Homestead at Carmel.....this hasn't been our "regular" Homestead program for a few years, but White will make them better this year Scecina at Concordia.....Cadets needs to prove something to somebody, especially themselves Leo at Luers.....this is NOT last years Leo squad, SERIOUS problem at QB position, Schott & defense will keep them in it but scoring points will be a problem Marion at South Side.....Year 2 under Goodwell is looking positive New Haven at Northrop....Dawgs in same boat as Leo, just lost too much on offense. Warren Central at Snider.....Panthers will ALWAYS be tough to bet against with the steady talent and coaching staff they have

New Haven was thrown for a curve at the end of last week as Head coach Kyle Booher stepped down to take and administration position at Angola. Such a late move about ten days before official practice starts hurts. They lost a ton of production with the graduation of last year's Sr class now their head coach is gone. Hopefully they have an adequate asst coach that can step up as to not change anything they may have been working on all summer scheme wise......

Could not agree more. That program will go NOWHERE with the current staff in place. People think they will have a playoff run with Snider out of the way but are not looking who entered their sectional.....Warsaw. Warsaw, if they face one another in playoffs (likely), will blast the NS defense with their discipline and style of play.

I agree....the days of them being considered a top tier SAC team are over (at least they had one year right? LOL). I see them falling to a lower bottom half SAC team in the next 2 years....at least until they get a staff in place that can take control of the team (they are really missing the days of Hall and Kolkman)

Agree completely, Belmont seems tailor made for the ACAC in terms of size and demographics. Would compete extremely well and, like said, could bulk up their out of conference schedule for their stronger programs. If they were to leave for the ACAC would love to see an Angola or maybe Dwenger join the NE8 (I know Dwenger would never leave the SAC but a guy can dream)
