Hard to take this seriously when Knox lost to Bremen who is 7-5 and also lost to NJSP by 21 points and Culver Academy. Believe me, they have played against Pruitt from West Noble numerous times and McLaughlin is no better than him. Is it possible Garrett loses to Knox? Absolutely. Is it likely? No, certainly not by 21 points as you predict

I would say this was expected

I think Luers main competition in the North is Garrett who is undefeated at 12-0. Luers and Garrett played several times when both were in 2A with Luers always coming out in top, but this is not a powerhouse Luers team, especially offensively. In the past, Garrett had trouble dealing with the athletes at Luers, thinking of Jaylon Smith and Anthony Spencer, both ex NFL players. Maybe this year it is a more even playing field for Garrett. Kind to of rooting for Garrett to go to LOS and compete for a state title, but we will see

Really? Made my donation earlier this year. I will be making another one so don’t need your offer. I am not a Luers fan, but HH would dream to have their resume over the years. They compete ever year against 5A and 6A schools, I am sure HH has nothing comparable so I think Luers would board the bus to LOS, which they have done MANY times, and not be afraid of big, bad HH.

Every year I am on these boards some person runs their mouth about Luers and every year they come to regret it. Not a vintage Luers team this year, but the defense is really good and there are a bunch of athletes. Offense is ok, but let me tell you HH has nothing that Luers hasn’t seen a million times from 5A and 6A teams that are MUCH better than HH has ever dreamed of being. Yes, it is the week in, week out grind of that schedule. Right now, CP basically gets a one off in semi-state and a one off in the state title game. You could make the argument that Noblesville would be the 2nd best team on their regular season schedule yet they were winless in their current conference

Just wrong. The depth and power of that conference in no way gives CP a shot at 9-0. 5-4 or 6-3 at best. Put it this way as shown above, the worst team in the conference is capable of beating the top of the conference. In no way is that true of CP’s conference
