    Good late season match-up, good game to use as a measuring stick prior to Sectionals.

    Bremen had playmaker Trevor Devine go out in the 2nd quarter with a shoulder injury. He needs to be healthy for Bremen to have a shot at keeping pace with Marian.

    The 2nd quarter killed them. A couple delay of games, a bad long snap set up Bremen on a short field, missed a few passes. Bremen played clean and Washington didn't that quarter. Clean up a few things and that score was tighter.

    Does it? New Prairie and Marian are who the south traditionally ran through, they got bumped up, now its a wide open field. Jimtown is Jimtown, no doubt about it, but they lost a ton, and have a new coach in place, a lot of question marks in Baugo Township.

    Pretty good write up. I have heard from my buddies that Glenn's D is legit. Like I said in another post, they are my pick to win the south.

    Folks are trying to figure out what kind of team they have. I don't think we will have a good understand for a few more weeks. I think Covid is a wrench in the plans that many programs are trying to navigate around.

    I don’t know if I’d say Bremen’s program has been in the ashes since moving to the NIC. They won the NIC south in 2018 and were seconds from the state championship that year. A roughing the kicker penalty away from playing at Lucas Oil Stadium.

    Heck of a game by Marian. That sounded like a great game. Penn let one slip away today. Bremen pleasantly surprised me today. I expected to compete today, but didn’t expect to control the game the way they did. Tip my caps to both schools for making this game happen.

    Adapt and advance. They have some game film. Just focus on running your game plan and system, use the game to knock off rust. Next week is not guaranteed. Seniors deserve every opportunity to play this season. We are conference partners, relatively close. Makes sense to me.

    A lot of passing. A ton. Backs have speed but not size. OLine is undersized but athletic.

    Bremen did some good things offensively against St. Joe. Lions have some athletes. Need to tighten up the defense.
