    The Colts paid a steep price leaping headlong into FA signings a few years ago. GB has always been hesitant. Julius Peppers being the only one that really panned out recently. Let’s hope they tread lightly.

    One our AP's is a HUGE MSU fan. I joked with her today....could it be 3 in a row??? 🤣 She walked right into it the other day. I asked her if she knew where I could find a broom. She asked without even thinking; "does something need to be swept up?" I said yep, Michigan State's basketball team by the Hoosiers. 🤣 She flipped me off.

    @Coach Nowlin might know more about that process, but we have had a player in the game who was not initially selected.

    Each of the 10 regions votes for players in their region. A team can nominate 3 players. Now, if a school a player has committed to says don't play, then the player is not nominated. Each class has to be represented in each region. Then at the State clinic, the committee votes on who makes each team. Things may vary slightly from region to region, but that is the gist of it.

    Closing out the season with 4 wins and they looked good in those games. I am leaning toward the idea that they get in. The B1G has been a solid and deep conference this year. It would still be nice to see IU win a couple of games in the conference tourney though. And it looks like they get a chance to beat MSU a 3rd time this year lol

    Yep, let the rich get richer..GREAT program. Let those that have the means to pay for it keep more of their money while the rest of the taxpayers support their "choice".

If I remember correctly, only one proposal gained any sort of traction, and I cannot remember if it ever reached the IHSAA for a vote. This one goes before the IHSAA Executive Board on April 25th.

    For some reason, Alpha is less scary with the mask on than she is with it off. I am not really sure what to make of Beta though; he seems to be not so bright. Another slow episode to some extent, great finish though. It kind of looks like this whisper group will be history by the end of the season. They lost a LOT of people at the end.

    I despise the whole "performance" thing to announce a commitment. But here is the latest to have an announcement. I have to think the UCLA thing was due to Alford being there. To be honest again, I think there is a LOT of baggage with this kid. Similar to Langford, dad has tried inserting himself in the picture along the way.

    Agreed...I would say the only question for 2020 is will Trump's health allow him to run? I still do not believe he is healthy and do think he has some issues; maybe dementia?

    Nice win for the Hoosiers today. It was nice to see the defense pick up in the 2nd half. They had not put together back to back games like this yet this season. I am still not sure they get in the tourney. There are always upsets in the conference tourneys which could be their undoing. But, they MUST win their last 3 and pull off a couple wins in the B1G tourney to have a real shot.

    I agree, but I also think that the meme I posted has some validity; the oil barrens have so much influence in DC, they have been able to hold back a lot of the R&D as well as the ability to use alternative energy sources to their own benefit; leaning heavily on the government to do their dirty work.
