It's a fair reaction. As a fan, I am on board with IU vacating their wins from the 22 and the 23 season. Seems fair right? To keep you from looking, IU won 4 games in 2022 and 3 in 2023. 😄

So far, AGs from Colorado, Utah and Oklahoma have written responses to join the fight against Paxton. This will not end well. I am willing to bet the folks at Tech were NOT happy seeing Paxton step in.

Having the Big 12 as a whole filing the suit is a big deal; meaning everyone is on board. Tech may need to consider other options if there are any after this coming year. But an even bigger deal is that the conference chose Sidney Austin as an attorney. I had not heard the name before, but what I have seen is that Tech and the state of Texas are in way over their heads at this point.

Not sure how all this will go, but I think the Texas AG stepping in was a mistake. With all of this going through the courts, odds are that the cancellations involving Tech will stay in place just as it is likely Sorsby is on the roster for the season. At the end of the day, people have to be wondering if he is worth this much? is Tech just pot committed here and cannot back out?

Walked him off the course during a round. Golf Digest has the story behind a paywall, but I am catching bits of the story, like being escorted off the course.

I fully support them getting him the support he needs to recover from this, and really hope he does, and is not just going through the motions so he will be able to play. But I am still of the mindset that he should still be ineligible. As I and others have posted, others have done far less and received a greater level of disciplinary action than what he has been given.

Add to it, Wayne is now a 5A school. They need to stay in the SAC. Another issue that is continuing to impact schools that would rule out a move to the NCC is travel expenses, especially the diesel fuel that school buses run on. -

This is insane. Had he done this as a player in any pro sport he would be banned. I do think all of this pretty much keeps him out of the NFL.

I am confused by what he is saying though. Seems like he is blasting the NCAA for this ruling. They declared him ineligible. What more could they have done?
