  1. Floyd Central wins by 19. I still don't think they played anywhere close to what's in the tank. This is a deep and talented team. If they can bring out their A game in the Sectionals and Regionals, I think they can make noise.
  2. 42-22 FC. This should've been a bigger blowout.
  3. 34-22. FC scores on the Tush Push. Their favorite play. Lol.
  4. 27-22. 4 flags on FCs defense that drive.
  5. I was wrong I.O. The Dazzlers are here. That is going to be the X factor.
  6. 24-16 at half. FC has had 2 TDs called back. And they were both the right calls.
  7. I was being light. Lol. I know it was a joke. I said that half witted.
  8. 24-16. Both offenses playing well. But FC is torching BNL on long passes and ran a KO back for a touchdown.
  9. I wasn't making a built in excuse. I just hate that the atmosphere for a big game isnt here. 17-10. FC should be up 24-10. Stone threw the ball into the endzone at the 1. Not sure if he was in. They called a touchback. Stupid play anyways.
  10. Light atmosphere here at FC tonight. Fall break. No marching band. No Dazzlers. Most of the students and families in Florida. Lol. Crazy. But against 2 bad teams they had a full house. Good week for BNL to come down.
  11. Big game today guys. The #2 passer in the state vs the #7 rusher in the state. Should be fun!
  12. I'm not going to argue with you about this. It doesn't matter. I made my vote pretty clear. I want those teams in the HHC.
  13. Floyd Central fumbled 4 times on their own 20 yard line or they probably would've beaten Whiteland. And I did say "probably struggle with them in football."
  14. Floyd Central is capable of beating those schools in anything. I think BNL and Jeffersonville can compete with them too. Football might be a little bit of a struggle but that's it.
  15. Who are the powerhouses in that conference?
  16. I don't think Coach Bragg would have any problem with it. I think coach Tidd at BNL and coach Moore at Seymour are pretty competitive guys so I don't think they would either. I want a strong conference. As a Floyd Central fan/alumni, I realize that records really don't matter. Yeah it looks good to rack up wins. But I'd rather have a team that is battle tested before they play the Castles and E-North's of the world in Sectionals. I'd be down for CN and BS. Absolutely.
  17. I have some concerns about our Secondary as well. We lost our CB1 this past May to a tragic accident. God rest his soul. I definitely think it's going to be a close game. Floyd Central plays so much better at home than they do on the road. If this were in Bedford, I do believe I'd take the Stars. I think FCs advantage is that their running game is very strong. They're top 10 in the state in rushing. I think Bragg will try to eat the clock and keep BNLs QB on the sideline.
  18. Floyd Central Jeffersonville Seymour Bloomington North
  19. You're probably right and that honestly sucks.
  20. I just don't understand why #s are down so much? It's happening all over the country. I remember a time when every kid couldn't wait to put on a helmet. Our #s are still pretty good at FC. But that school and community just has so many people that seem invested in football and in other sports too. I wouldn't lose hope with the HHC though. Like I said, I've got cousins coming up, or cousins coaching, friends coaching, their kids playing. I've talked a lot about the area teams. You guys are right. East has a strong FR team. Seymour has a strong 8th team. Our 8th team lost to the River Valley/Parkview team in the area championship game. I haven't seen the BNL JV but if IO says they're good, I'm taking his word with it. After Floyd graduates this current Jr class in 2027, they're gonna fall back to the pack where a lot of these other teams will be trending up. Should be a competitive conference. Other than NA, which nobody can figure out what is going on there? Steve Cooley is a pretty respectable couch, but that talent pipeline seems pretty dry. But FT is right. We are so far away from competing with the conferences up North.
  21. Was also told that Seymour's 8th grade team is very good.
  22. I was told your Freshman team is extremely good. They must must be, because our Freshman crushed Whiteland.
