  1. We have received our 1st snail mail. SUPER THANKS TO @SenatorFan Also @Fast Eddy 14 and @Giantbeareagle80
  2. Want to give some positive love to a couple of teams who may surprise some folks this year. 4a Morton Governors : Coach Kinsey has been doing a nice job, promoting what the Govs have to offer and taking his kids to different exposure camps, I believe they have a QB and WR with offers right now. 3a: Calumet Warriors: They may end up being the Sectional favorite come Week 10 in 3a. Heard a lot of positive vibes coming off the summer scrimmage tour, Coach Good came from Mt. Carmel and had previous NWI coaching experience.
  3. I was holding chords for Rensselaer in 1994 for their headsets. I am sure it goes farther back: Where is @Rudy
  4. Why pass when average 8 yards a run? At least that is my philosophy There are some great concepts out of Western's offense in the pass game, it is just not your typical Spread zone blocking, pass game style.
  5. Did you follow the MT Carmel bus from NWI across the border?? It is usually packed
  6. So happy for the young man!!! Get that Bag they say Now maybe he can fund TURF at a certain field in a certain city in Northeast Indiana
  7. Invites sent SuperJay thru Dawgs @LC_Bears_04 PM me if you are still having issues I will try to send PM's to members who haven't voted yet today
  8. I am most excited to see the PIoneer vs Cass outcome Both return a whole bunch of skill players, but you better believe Panthers will want to send an early message about their season without #4 and Gregorich New HC Brett Lambert takes his Jays into land of Cavs. This game could be shortest of the night, O/U total passes will be set at 6, I gladly take the under
  9. CP always has a nice Defense: Can they average in the 20s offensively? If so, they could give a certain team in Tippecanoe County a fun game in October
  10. WESTERN: HUGE!!!! The offensive line is loaded with experience. Seniors Blake Banter (5-10, 245), Reece Pelgen (6-2, 275) and Ian Sheroan (6-2, 245) and junior Brayden Erb (6-1, 240) are returning starters. Erb was a Class 4A underclass all-state pick last year. Stewart also likes his O-line depth. Senior Isaac Bourff (6-4, 290) likely will take other starting spot with senior A.J. Swing (6-0, 215), junior Coby Tuggle (5-10, 245) and sophomore Rhett Berryman (6-0, 235) all in the mix for time as well. Western’s D-line looks powerful with 6-8, 310-pound junior Dan Marley and the 245-pound Tuggle clogging the inside and the 240-pound Erb and Jarvis on the ends. Erb had 69 tackles, 14 tackles for loss and four sacks last season.
  11. Saw Coach Nolting at Manchester camp, he is REALLY excited for his team but starting from scratch, lots of Freshman and Sophomores will be on the field, but as they say, something about Rome not being built in a day or was it the Pyramids.....either way, Coach Nolting knows what he is doing, but patience is the virtue. Did I just use my allotted number of idoms or coach speaks???
  12. Invites sent just now from Baker to Feller I will be doing all 6 classes again DA REGION Conference: Duneland: DT's whipping Boy NCC: Lowell's Dominance GSSC: Mix of 2 divisions of larger/smaller schools, home of Griffith and Whiting to name a few
  13. Sorry to disappoint but it exactly the same process, just different name: instead of "SUB FORUM" in our fancy tech language that gate keeper uses, its called CLUBS, our friends in the OOB seemed to have adapted really well. Go Tigers !!
  14. like a certain sport in the winter time........... Not named with a BALL at the end, but a ing and rhymes with estling?
  15. Schools have to have an opportunity to say, hold on, we have evidence of undue influence, hence why some may not sign off. I understand completely what you say about having a uniform transfer rule, but when you see the amount of transfers that are approved on IHSAA board minutes, its very high 90% tile
  16. I looked up Hamilton on Max Preps, what were his Varsity Stats at QB for LC last year? I will hang up and listen My point is in 2019, families choose all the time what they think is best for their kid. To sit back on here and make statements of something isn't right or "Smells funny" with zero knowledge is just wrong, but that is just me. If both schools sign off, who cares?
  17. I think it maybe able to be housed in CLUB section, where I make it PRIVATE iNVITE ONLY: Instead of another coded sub forum for @DK_Barons to create
