As IU has basically come out of nowhere in the college ranks, it can happen in high school as well: DAC Schools, sure there has been a drought, but Crown Point, Lake Central, etc. won’t be down forever NIC/NLC—Penn will always be a force and it now appears Elkhart is ready to give them a run for their money. Mishawaka and Warsaw shouldn’t be ignored. The Fort—no shortage of big schools, will it be Carroll, Homestead, or somebody else? NCC—sure, it’s a great hoops league which means they have the athletes. Will Jeff get good outside their conference? What about Harrison and Kokomo?

I’m actually happy for them. Let’s remember they’re just kids...

I’ve never been sold on this year’s Steelers team. KC is it in the AFC. Although the Colts defense has been very good this year, Mahomes will shred them should they meet up in the postseason.

Why just Michigan and Ohio schools? Hi west and play some Illinois schools—Mt. Carmel, New Trier, and many other schools there have very good programs.

No. Last year’s numbers were very gaudy for him as he was all-Freshman B1G. He has been injured this year. I expect big things him in 2021. Hopefully his little brother will be on the team as well.

One also must consider logistics. Terre Haute is a vertical city and transit time to the new Terre Haute Fighting Hautians High School could take a long time. Maybe they’ll just move down to 4 and potentially 3A, but I think both schools will continue to operate.
