  1. I try not to whine about it, but I just feel bad for high school football programs that don't have a quality Endzone camera to use. As an example, Evansville Day school has never won a single football game in the history of their program. They also don't have an Endzone camera. Coincidence? Me thinks not.
  2. Sir, the Evansville Day School football boosters that I've spoken with are more "glass half empty" type of people.
  3. I know that one of the schools is Evansville Day School. Their football boosters are tired of not winning any games. They are ready to find a coach who can end their winless streak in football.
  4. Well good luck if you need to check your gutters on a rainy day. One of the best features of the Hi-Pod X31 is that it's outfitted with premium rain gear. Regardless, I hope you're satisfied with your rig.
  5. @MarshallCounty are you any closer to making a decision on the purchase of an endzone camera? I'm very excited about how much you will love your purchase!
  6. It will be interesting to see if White can overcome the small school bias that college coaches have at times. He is a quality player even if it's small school football. The Wolfs have once again reached a level of being unbeatable. I believe they will win the state championship.
  7. Really, it depends on how much money you are willing to spend and how high you need the video camera to reach. Sportscope offers a 30 foot model for $4,299 Sideline Power has an HD model that extends to 20 feet and also has a 19 inch high definition monitor for $6,450 My personal suggestion though would be the Hi-Pod X31. 31 foot telescoping tower, High definition monitor, and premium rain gear for those not so sunny days. It is a steal at $4,999.
  8. I feel like the Miners would be better prepared for the post season if they had played Parke Heritage Wolfs. Even though the Miners would be 7-2 right now instead of 8-1, the loss would be worth gaining the experience of playing the Wolfs.
  9. Oh, it's a video camera, like what you would use to film from the press box, but instead it attaches to the top of a telescoping tower. You extend the tower up and it gives a bird's eye view from the endzone perspective. There's a company in California called Hi-Pod that makes a great endzone camera model called the X31. Imagine 31 feet of extension!
  10. Coach, there has been an amazing, game changing invention that has come to our game since you last patrolled the side lines and team meals. We now have cameras that are attached to the top of an extendable tower that can be placed behind the endzone. This endzone camera has completely revolutionized the way that film is viewed and used as a teaching tool. It's probably the biggest technology breakthrough since the invention of headphones.
  11. Does the coaching staff at LaVille have an endzone camera to utilize for reviewing film and teaching players?
  12. Sir, with you being a "Football Guru", have you volunteered your services to fix the offense? I'm sure you have all of the answers needed to light up the score board.
  13. Coach Pedernuts, please just once for old times sake, what is the proper water to ice ratio when filling up water bottles?
  14. You're just salty because you know the Miners are not the top football team in the Wabash valley. That honor belongs to the Parke Heritage Wolfs.
  15. Noble Johnson is a nice consistent target for Logan White to throw to. He would definitely be a go to target in key situations.
  16. I believe you Paco. I have no reason to think you would lie about Cloverdale's sophomore class.
  17. So a while back I was attending my child's Christmas concert at the local church. I felt my intestines rumbling with the dawning of a new fart. Since it was my first fart of the evening, I thought I would be safe to slide that one out, because my opening fart rarely smells. Imagine my horror when I caught the first whiff of what was easily the most potent, acrid flatus in my long career of breaking wind. I tried to act normal, hoping people would not know it was me that was responsible for the noxious cloud overtaking the sanctuary, but then my wife and another of my children started staring at me accusingly. They knew immediately that it was me. I was doomed. The worst part was that the pew I was sitting on had a thin layer of foam padding on top of the wooden base. Every time I shifted, more of the horrible smell would waft up out of the foam, adding to the volume of odor. Oh, how it lingered and lingered. I saw people in the pews in front of me looking at each other with a mixture of horror and utter disgust etched on their faces. They were trapped and they knew they had no reprieve from the wrath of my colon. Confessing to you all anonymously helps me deal with the weight of the guilt that I live with every day. Thank you.
  18. Brian Moore has the greatest poker face of all time. He won the 1998 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a "get out of jail free" Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades, and a green #4 card from the game Uno.
  19. Sorry boys, but that filly with the Hi-Pod X31 is a little too young for me. If her hips don't crack, send her back!
  20. I keep thinking I might retire to California. That's where Hi-Pod endzone cameras are based out of. I was thinking I could maybe get a part-time job with Hi-Pod to supplement my retirement savings.
  21. Coach Durham, have you ever viewed practice or game film that has been shot from and endzone camera? It would totally change your perspective on how to view film.
  22. Brian Moore once took a vacation to France. When his plane landed in Paris, the French surrendered to him just to be safe.
  23. Former South Putnam football coach Mark Wildman led the Eagles for 20 years and is a member of the Indiana Football Hall of Fame, along with Brian Moore.
