    Which is ridiculous. Had this been next year, ND would have bumped Miami for the last at-large spot. Imagine the travesty of ND getting in over a Miami team with the same record whom they lost to on the field? Stop. Scheduling. Notre Dame Relegate them to scheduling MAC schools and service academies and see if those metrics hold up.

    The ACC wouldn’t have gotten a dime from Notre Dame had they made the playoff. They didn’t last year either.

    ND’s AD is just an absolute loser. The sense of entitlement and tone deafness is astounding. Why wouldn’t the ACC push for a full-member participant who beat ND head to head.

    Alabama was 10-2 with 6th rated SOS. Notre Dame was 10-2 with the 44th rated SOS. You think they would fare equal or better with a tougher schedule? Don’t buy it.

    There’s zero truth to it. Absolutely asinine to suggests this years national title is illegitimate because 2 loss Notre Dame isn’t in the field. Literally the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard.     No shame in admitting that I’m a ND hater. This arrogance is reason #1. You didn’t get snubbed. The last at-large team in the field beat you head to head. You weren’t snubbed of anything.

    Top 4 seeds get automatic byes, they can absolutely get a first round bye. Since when did Vegas pick the playoff field? Didn’t Vegas also pick Notre Dame to beat Miami and A&M? Not sure how any of this is relevant?

    A fair path? Laughable. Don’t lose to the two best teams on your schedule, especially when one of those teams is one you’re directly competing with for the last at-large spot. Notre Dame has gotten preferential treatment for almost a century. Notre Dame lost at home to a MAC team that ended up with a losing record and not only made the playoff but received the highest at-large bid.
