North/South Game?

Somehow it slipped off my radar this year. Not sure how/why. 

I watched the first quarter replay last night after the fact. Seemed fairly even, although you could tell the South’s DL was gonna cause some issues. And the RB from Brownsburg was extremely impressive.

Yea, strange that this game is pretty much an afterthought. I always look at as the beginning of the new season with some of last years top players.

Many of the top players don't play in it to my understanding? I've never cared for All-Star games, they are a crapshoot. No conclusions can be drawn.

Agreed. But it’s tackle football in July. Gotta love it! I worked the game twice, and it’s a great experience.

I miss the days when a player considered it an honor to get an invite to the all-star game and they played. College football has killed this.

I watched the broadcast and the stands were both full with the one end zone full of coaches from around the state. I talked with several coaches at our clinic on Saturday, and they said it was a great event. Sounds like the players, coaches, officials, and fans who attend thought it was a great event.
