Step 1 happened yesterday 

Its fine you hitched your wagon to Daniels who is a very good young QB who had a great year with a better situation than Williams had in Chicgao this is not debatable at all.   I would make a point he was THAT Good to get the Bears among all the disfunction to a good start, 4-2, then the organizaiton failed him and the team and THEY STILL had opportunities to get to 9-10 wins, unfortunately Bears players and COACHES executed very poorly with compettivie poise in the 4thg quarter costing them opporunties.

It is from the documentary that followed the Giants last off season. The GM is at home prior to the draft and asks his son what he should do. His sone responds move up and get Jayden Daniels; you only get one shot at this, do it right.

Oh, that is a scene I think from Hard Knocks off season where they followed Giants, and the famous scene of John Mara and GM from Elkhart  🙂  who reminded his boss they gave Daniel Jonens 40 million and couldn't afford Barkley ...."I really don't want to see #26 as an Eagle".    whoopsie

when you hitch your wagon to the wrong QB, things happen, and the thing is, Daniel Jones may end up still being a good NFL QB, he is now in Minnesota since being let go, same path Sam Darnold took, getting with Coach O'Connell to see if his system and coaching and reverse his career arc as well.  

Bears actually were in same boat, they chose not to extend Fields to see what shook on the DJ moore trade, they may have been in same boat, it will be interesting to see where JF goes now he is a FA playing out his entire rookie contract

I thought Jones would be a good QB when he was in college. I even felt like he would have been a solid pick for Green Bay as Rodgers' successor. I do know the Giants o line is every bit as bad as the Bears o line, so any QB in that system would have struggled. Hell, even Barkley struggled and explains why he struggled to stay healthy. Even in 2019, when he came back, he could not get 50 yards per game.

Careful, Coach. I don't know if you've read through all of the GM dossier's, but New Gipper doesn't like it when old news (to him) is mentioned.

I think the Titanic sinking was much more of a historical footnote than knowing whether or not the GM of the NY Giants is from Indiana. Why are you so salty?

So, I was out with my dog for a while and came back to the replay ruling of a catch. I did not see the original play, but with the replays they did show after ruling it a catch, I am thinking 'wait, so Buffalo was on offense and they called that a catch'. There is no f'ing way that was a catch for KC........unreal.
