Coffin K9 Posted November 11, 2024 Posted November 11, 2024 Well, it's Regional week (for the Bulldogs and Trojans) in the EIAC. I hope STC and the boys are doing ok. I'm sure they didn't have a great weekend....but the Dogs did! If you guys need tickets to the game on Friday, just let Triple C know. He can get them at a discount. Tri West @ Batesville East Cental @ Decatur Central Quote
adambetz Posted November 11, 2024 Posted November 11, 2024 Tri-West 34, Batesville 21 Decatur Central 42, East Central 35 Quote

There's about three layers of inside jokes and obscure memes here that I don't understand, but its hard to pick against the Dawgz with this kind of enthusiasm. Quote

dawgieinthepound Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 Sagarin's Predictor: Batesville (70.4) is a 4-point favorite vs. Tri-West (68.42) and has about a 57.67% chance of winning (2.05-point home-field advantage). Sagarin's Predictor: East Central (101.2) is a 16.5-point favorite vs. Decatur Central (82.58) and has about a 78.1% chance of winning (2.05-point home-field advantage). Best wishes for both teams. A 5A regional would be impressive. Courtesy of @hhpatriot04 predictor tool and a former HH Patriot who the Dogs somehow seem to avoid in Regional and who are 38.5 favorites vs North Harrison. Dawgs with a win would be @ Santa Claus (Lincoln City??) for the first time since 2005. No PTSD intended. Not sure a Chatard is in the way top stop #3 on HH AKA Cole Seifrig Jr who I think Triple C knows very well. Just try not to punt the ball to him. 1 Quote
Hounddog Posted November 12, 2024 Posted November 12, 2024 Many more decisions to make this week! I was close last week with a call of Dawgz 21-14 Win (Missed by 7). This week may be a different story. Try-West will do more than hit the anvil with the hammer over and over again. I see some weaknesses being identified in the dog fences this week. Bruins may try to avoid the brick wall and get a couple of cheap ones. Bruins 28-14. No field goals needed to beat the Dawgz this year. The EC vs. Decatur Central game will probably produce a finalist in a couple of weeks. Trojans may struggle with speed and their own defensive backfield. DC 21-7 A hound always knows Quote
Coffin K9 Posted November 12, 2024 Author Posted November 12, 2024 Just drove by the "Pit", and what did I see? A love note on the Stink-Tron from Ol STC!!! Nothing else was going on, not a Tiger was stirring. For the Dogs left the Kitties lonely and purring. He says they'll be BACK, but when will that be? I thought this was the end, for STC? Where is the Lip, cat got his tongue? He's no longer singing the song that he sung. TigerBLEnthusiast, and Speedhawk too? I guess that crow is just too hard to chew. I suppose that's enough, I'll leave them alone. Now that the Dogs sit high on the throne. Until next year, when I have a good reason. But for now I'll leave you with...The Dogs end another 🐅 season!!! It's been fun EIAC, but time to move on. Only two of us will see another game day dawn. But this much is certain, and it ain't even close. The EIAC is the king of the GridIron posts!!!! EIAC FOREVER, Saggy and Mid State NEVER!!!! 1 Quote
Coffin K9 Posted November 12, 2024 Author Posted November 12, 2024 Now, officially moving on and making predictions for the week.... I think this may be the end of the line for Mighty EC. DC plays some tough competition, and the Trojans really don't. They lost to a Roncalli team that is a little down (in comparison) and outside of that, they haven't seen any real competition in weeks. DC has has some pretty big wins and have a good streak going. I'll take DC over Trojans 28-14. Now on to the one that matters...Casket Nation vs Rainbow Warriors. Let's just acknowledge now that I have never picked against the Dogs, and never will. Having said that, this is a tough one. It's hard to gauge where the Dogs really are right now because they have been up and down like a YoYo (😉). Last Friday's game still had me perplexed. The Dogs played very well and made few mistakes, but Stinktown also played very bad and made a lot (that isn't a jab, everyone could see it). I only say this because it makes it hard to really assess. Rumors of the Bruin's QB1 going down does make it interesting, but there are a few things that they do that the Dogs don't handle well. If the Dogs show up, they will win, but I don't think it will be easy. The little things that have been reinforced, or ignored, all season will come into play. They always do once you get to Regional. It will come down to the discipline and execution of the fundamentals. I have more film to watch, but as of today....Dogs over Warriors 28-21. Quote
CountryClubCowboy3 Posted November 13, 2024 Posted November 13, 2024 Dawgie dawgie a.b..c...d.... Don't listen to computers, just listen to C3! The Dawgz will be ready for Liztown's best. They get the job done in this week's regional test. No talk of Santa for triple C yet, but it'll be more naysayers next week I'll bet! Now off to sleep to dream of delight, when the dawgz win the trophy with no dawgie in sight. Quote
CountryClubCowboy3 Posted November 13, 2024 Posted November 13, 2024 Hound dog, HOUND DOG you must of fallen and stumbled, bloodied your head from drinkin the rumple! Wake up! You're pickin against the dawgz? Better sit this one out and go butcher some hogz! Quote
HHPatriots Posted November 13, 2024 Posted November 13, 2024 Go Dawgs! Come to the Jungle for SS! 1 Quote
Coffin K9 Posted November 13, 2024 Author Posted November 13, 2024 It's great to see the Cowboy back in the saddle baby!!!!! Ridin high on cloud number nine! I was concerned for a few weeks there when he was buried in the mud, and couldn't be found anywhere. But now he's strutting the red carpet and smiling for the camera! All is right, and the future is bright! Last year he spent more money, on spilled liquor, in bars from one side of this world to the other, than you made! We're talking about the Rolex wearing, diamond ring wearing, kiss stealing, whoa! wheelin dealin’, limosuine riding, jet flying son of a gun and he's having a hard time holding those alligators down! You mean to tell me that the Hounddog is a Bulldog in disguise as a JoJo? What kind of world are we loving in? If what you speak is true, that could mean that the Hounddog really does know as he's the only Dog on the Grid that's actually been there. I gotta get a drink! If this is true, I may have to make a trip to Franklin County!! Quote

Go back and watch the 2017 regional championships agains Ev Central. It’s the exact game plan Trojan Nation will have to execute to come out victorious. Quote
Trojan Man Posted November 13, 2024 Posted November 13, 2024 This new generation of pupz makes me laugh. Quote
StinkTownClown Posted November 14, 2024 Posted November 14, 2024 Stinky, Stink, Stink 1.2..3.... Stink is out, but that doesn't mean he won't speak! Interesting games some may think, but Stink thinks there are some no doubters and easy wins coming this week....... It’s the Rainbow Warriors’ Air Raid versus Casket Nation’s Trojan Run Game… and oh boy, the Dawgs are in for a ruff week. Those big Dawgs up front are fierce if you try to pound the rock, but the Rainbow Air Raid? That’s a whole different beast. They’ll be launching golden bombs left and right, raining down over Golden Dome, Pole Cat, and Grandpa Gray Dog like it's a jackpot at the end of the rainbow. With this complex passing game, the Dawgs will be chasing their own tails by halftime. Prediction: Rainbow Warriors take the win, 21-14! BiG ReD & BlAcK vs. the Blue & Gold Hawks... It’s country muscle meets city speed! The Trojans can keep things close—if they can corral all the cheetahs that DC is unleashing on the field. But if those Hawks start stretching their wings, they’ll be flying past Dearborn’s finest faster than you can say “Where’d he go?” Question is, can the Hawks handle the big bad bruisers from the sticks? Stink’s sticking his neck out on this one: Big Bad Boyz grind it out, 21-17 over the high-flying Hawks! Quote
CountryClubCowboy3 Posted November 15, 2024 Posted November 15, 2024 Yee.Yee..Yee... I thought the Dawgz made a believer out of Ole STC! Oh well, the clowns are still gutted and drained. At the end of this night Golden dome will ask "are you not entertained?" Triple C has made his dawg predictions, but what about trojanland and their 5a ambitions? C3 thinks the city speed of the game is just too fast for the bad Boyz of Sunman. DC - 27, mIgHty red & BlAcK - 17 Quote
