footballfan2012 Posted December 15, 2021 Posted December 15, 2021 Awesome hire. He is a great guy and he will turn that place around quickly! Quote
Impartial_Observer Posted December 15, 2021 Posted December 15, 2021 IC seems to have turned into a stepping stone job. 1 Quote
POTLUCK Posted December 15, 2021 Posted December 15, 2021 The Center Grove to IC pipeline will be open soon. Quote
ragdoll Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Casey is a legit college O coordinator who could become a head coach at that level. He is sharp in seeing the field, understanding the game. If Matt Canada or Cam Cameron could be NFL O's, I have no doubt he has that ability. If he believes this is right for him, then I have no doubt he will compile the staff and, in time, they will build a team that will make a championship contender if the support from the admin/community is there. I can only guess that the ongoing success of CG has had an affect on the admin and people in the Indian Creek district and a hunger for sustained success has developed. Quote
oldtimeqb Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 I just assumed he would transition into the HC at Mooresville in a few years. But I didn’t remember that he was an Indian Creek alum. Makes sense. Great hire. Quote

IC has some history of decent ball. I think the support is there. Quote
OldGriz Posted December 21, 2021 Posted December 21, 2021 So glad to see the IC Administration make a hire that has roots to the community after a couple questionable hires. Great football mind that will get kids excited again to play football for the Creek! Quote
