    There won’t be a game because the Hammond school board is selfish or smart. My background is in business so I don’t know which one it is. this was supposed to be the last installment of whiting clark, a series that whiting has dominated in recent years. Was looking forward to this but won’t happen now.

    Ironically if sports were self sufficient and took care of their players there would only be football and basketball. This would eliminate all woman’s sports so if you take care of one minority(blacks) you hurt another minority(women).

    This means whiting clark one of the longest running rivalries in the state is officially done, for gods sake Ihsaa flip the season to spring already.

    The problem is covid is lightning that won’t go away till next year. Why risk starting and having a partial season with no ending when you can swap it with baseball season and almost guarantee it will finish?

    Yeah also you have a 1 in 700000 chance of getting struck by lightning yet we stop games when it is in the area you can use facts and statistics to prove anything you want but does it make it right?

    Wow first off first practice it will be freezing when this happens in Indiana and hopefully you don’t have hoopers that are your best football players because they won’t be ready till mid season

    This is just getting out of hand has anyone considered the competitive integrity? With people sitting out here and there and practices and training interrupted is it really worth playing? Just flip the season with baseball already.
