  1. No they aren’t. I am done picking them to lose in state games though. That’s for sure. They are “among” the favorites but far from “big favorites.”
  2. NLC is a cluster and NorthWood is the most talented of the bunch. Northridge is HM #34. Really tight group.
  3. #LEO
  4. More so by default. 28.5 correct?
  5. 4-1 (42-7 on the season)
  6. 3-1 (35-9 on the season).
  7. Brownsburg Ben Davis Center Grove East Central Bishop Chatard Cathedral Westfield Hamilton Southeastern Fishers Crown Point Fort Wayne Snider Carroll (Fort Wayne) Penn Valparaiso Lawrence North Franklin Central Evansville Reitz Bloomington North Bloomington South Merrillville New Palestine Mishawaka NorthWood Warsaw Lawrence Central
  8. Temp’s opinion: (after getting caught up from being out of town)… East Central could hang with anyone in 6A and would be favored over all but 4 Indiana teams on a neutral field. Yeah, I said it.
  9. What’s @Rodney say about a potential Snider/EC matchup?
  10. Lawrence Central Brownsburg LaPorte Columbus North Warsaw Northview Mount Vernon (Fortville) West Lafayette Bluffton Alexandria North Vermillion North White
  11. In over his head. 4 loss season forthcoming.
  12. 38-6 on the season… Carmel @ Lawrence Central: Hounds are still a bit of a mystery at this point and escaped Warren last week whereas LC took conference champion BD to the brink. Hounds are ripe for the picking here. I’ll take the Bears at home in what some might consider an upset. LC wins a tight one 23-21. Center Grove vs Cathedral (@ Butler): Maybe not as punch pizazz around this one as the last couple of years but both teams remain amongst the state’s elite and one cannot rule out a state title run for either. This one feels hard to call but I am gonna go with the Irish in a mild upset 27-24. Christian Brothers (MO) at Warren Central: CBC makes its second trek to central Indy where a wounded Warren squad awaits. Warren’s defense remains top notch but its offense just cannot maintain any sort of consistency. CBC rolls here as Warren’s D eventually taps out. CBC 34-14. North Central @ Ben Davis: NC’s best chance at a win went by the wayside last week against Pike and a nightmare awaits this Friday on the west side. Giants could play their JV here. They”ll roll 48-7. Pike @ Lawrence North: Step up in competition this week for the Red Devils as possibly the best 6A team no one is talking about awaits in LN. Wildcats led at CG with 8 minutes to go last week before crumbling down the stretch. They will remain focused this week: LN wins 34-14. What say you?
  13. 32-8 on the year… Hamilton Southeastern @ Brownsburg: Game of the year in the conference once again and a potential rematch in the tournament. Dogs escaped pesky Noblesville last week and the only thing standing between them and an undefeated regular season is HSE. Expect a nail biter. Brownsburg wins 24-20. Noblesville @ Avon: Past editions of Noblesville have a let down here but I think this squad is a bit different. Good for Avon getting in the win column last week. Orioles are scrappy. Noblesville avoids a misstep in a close one. Millers win 27-23. Westfield @ Franklin Central: Wesfield getting back on track after the debacle at home against Brownsburg and quietly climbing back into the state title discussion. FC is gonna get one of these upper echelon teams eventually, just not this year. Rocks win 27-17. Zionsville @ Fishers: Eagles skidding badly and the load doesn’t get any easier this week with an angry Fishers team on the road. Tigers roll 30-14. What say you?
  14. 1. Michigan 2. Ohio State 3. Penn State 4. Wisconsin 5. Maryland 6. Iowa 7. Rutgers 8. Nebraska 9. Minnesota 10. Purdue 11. Michigan State 12. Illinois 13. Northwestern 14. Indiana
  15. Georgia Michigan Florida State Ohio State Oklahoma Texas Oregon Washington Alabama Penn State USC North Carolina Louisville Mississippi Notre Dame UCLA Washington State Oregon State Utah Tennessee LSU Duke Wisconsin Maryland Wyoming
  16. I think I maybe agree but gotta reward a team that has run the table thus far against a “decent” schedule.
  17. Is 42 enough for @Footballking16?
  18. Brownsburg Ben Davis Center Grove East Central Bishop Chatard Cathedral Westfield Hamilton Southeastern Fishers Crown Point Fort Wayne Snider Carroll (Fort Wayne) Penn Valparaiso Evansville Reitz Carmel Lawrence North Franklin Central Noblesville Bloomington North Bloomington South Merrillville New Palestine Warren Central Mishawaka
  19. “MIC teams not traveling well is a myth.” 6:45pm at Carmel…
  20. AD’s and coaches don’t set collegiate conference schedules, lol.
  21. Eh, not sure that analogy fits.
