This is where I’m at too. I might have agreed mid-season but the Trojans looked mortal over the last month of the season and Lawrence North and Westfield are nowhere near the greatest over the years. Still a top 20 outfit nationally. -

As a Michigan fan I can attest that WHEN you lose takes precedent over how or to whom you lose. My favorite team’s season usually ends with a thud. I think Notre Dame would beat Cincinnati in a potential rematch but if the Bearcats were to lose this weekend in their conference title game, you bet your ass Notre Dame would jump them despite the head to head result.

Westfield gave CG one hell of a scare and dropped a sure TD pass immediately prior to the CG pick that sealed the game. Gave em a better game than any MIC school did this fall. Great contest. That didn’t stop the MIC slappies from exhaling and touting their conference superiority on Facebook when the clock hit 0:00. Tick, tick, tick…the MIC is on the clock.
