So the IHSAA draw is a week from this Sunday. Whoever comes out of S32 will have the host-site tie breakers in their favor for both Regional and Semi-State. Although the ping pong balls determine the bracket, anyone have any thoughts on what the seeds would be with 2/3 of the regular season over? Using a combo of Sagarin & W/L, right now I would say: #1 Heritage Hills #2 Memorial #3 Mater Dei #4 Gibson Southern #5 Southridge #6 Lincoln #7 Mt. Vernon #8 Princeton

Bosse @ Mater Dei. I'll take MD 48-12, with Bosse's scores to come after the MD call off the dogs, uh.. cats, whatever.. Central @ Harrison. Harrison finally gets off the schneid. Warriors 29-13. North @ Vincennes. North should win this, but Lincoln is tough at home on that natural grass. I'll take the Alices 24-17 in an upset. Jasper @ Castle. I expect Castle to have some let-down after pummeling Reitz. Jasper plays its second of three straight on the road. Knights win 24-10 in a game that is a little closer than what it should be. Reitz @ Memorial. The SIAC game of the week. Memorial homecoming at Enlow. Reitz hasn't been beaten like that in quite a while, so it will be interesting to see how they bounce back mentally while still facing some injury adversity. Memorial O has been humming since the North game, but that includes 3 games against the bottom of the SIAC. Now the Tigers have a tough 3 game stretch. Tigers' D secondary probably facing its biggest challenge of the season to this point. I expect it to be close early, then the Tigers will pull away 35-14.

No. In that scenario, the best Castle could do is a share of the SIAC title. The SIAC doesn't look at H2H, just W/L. That game at Bosse Field is going to be pretty incredible.

So a weird weekend ends.. Memorial 42-22 over Bosse Mater Dei 17-14 over North Lincoln 20-7 over Harrison Jasper 35-0 over Central Castle 35-7 over Reitz In the shocker of the day from a score standpoint.

I bet just keeping him out. Game is over. No need to get him injured.

It was light rain and no wind during our game this morning at 11. Last night we had torrential rain and trees being blown down. I'd say it is much better today.

I'll take Memorial and Jasper in running clocks in the 48 - 7 range Lincoln over Harrison 21 - 6 MD over North 17 - 14 Castle over Reitz 24 - 14.

The refs would seem to be the bigger issue.

I agree Muda. GS is consolidated from 3 schools with incredible mascot names - Owensville Kickapoos, Haubstadt Elites and the Twigs.

Coach Brunson was pretty tight-lipped. He didn't say either player would or would not be playing. It doesn't look good at this point.

A note for Tiger fans, although this is a home game for Memorial, we will be sitting on the visitor's side (where our team sideline will be).
