    This has been discussed before on GID. It sounds like a great idea and a wonderful way to raise money for charity just before the holidays, but when you start drilling down on the details its starts getting real complicated.

    I agree that our crowd was not up to par. It's a shame because our kids played with a lot of heart and battled a clearly superior opponent for 48 mins.

    I agree. EC is a helluva football team and Roncalli was lucky to get the W the first time around.

    Memorial should voluntarily go to 5A in 2024. 4A is tougher than 5A until Semi-State.

    I wouldn't pencil in Reitz in a Regional until they actually win more than 2 games in a Sectional..

    @StinkTownClown Stink- If you and the crew are looking for chicks and don't mind Catholic girls, then by all means you gotta stop in Ferdinand. Its right on your way and there is a dormitory on a hill that is just crawling with nothing but women of all ages and they're all sisters. And they even make their own brew.     We've played at other fields too, but not to accommodate a game specific time, only if there was Friday night conflict. EC had a choice between Saturday early evening or Friday night. They picked Friday night. Good luck to you guys too.

    The INC pass ruled TD in the 1st Q was big gut punch. It took us a while to recover.

    There's nothing routine about driving 250 miles one-way to play on Friday night.

    The question is can L-burg get over the Regional drought? Its been since 2016 and they came pretty close last year. Nevertheless, winning 6 Sectional titles in 7 years is pretty impressive.
