Cascade has a 3 headed monster running the ball... They have a big strong kid that runs between the tackles and they have 2 kids that pretty good on the outside. They also can throw the ball when they need to. If GS rolls down and plays 8 in the box, I think Trebly (QB) will throw... Then when they drop and only have 6-7 in the box, that 3 headed monster will come out. If GS QB1 was playing I think this is an extremely tight game that could go either way... With a backup QB in, I think Cascade will win. Their Defense is fast and their OLB (Turner #27, Sophomore) is a stud.

Eh.... Cascade was up 46-0 at Half on Southmont.... South's QB did go out early in the 2nd Quarter though...

Big Oline (though sounds like Andrean may be bigger), Stadler their RB, Chadd their wing, Tolliver their QB run the ball pretty well. They don't throw it very well (or throw it very often). They are going to line up and try to run it right at you with Stadler or Tolliver then go sweep/counter with Chadd.

A 3 headed rushing attack... A QB that has thrown for almost 1800 yards, 28 TDs and 0 Ints. Also about 10 seconds in-between plays offensively. A defense that swarms and plays downhill. Arguably their best defensive player is a sophomore.

Cascade. Don't crown GS or Memorial just yet... Cascade beat Danville at Danville by 16. GS beat Danville by 7 at GS. I know you can't always compare it, but Cascade is legit if they stay healthy.

Webo is same way. No Freshman team, JV dresses on Fridays as well. I didn't know if they have had injuries forcing some young guys in spots. I am sure they will be a tough out for any team they face. They are always very well coached.

77-7 at Half. From what I understand they played Freshman and they scored. I also heard they took knees the final 6 or 8 minutes of the 4th.

If there wasn't a defensive penalty, the clock would have started right after placing the ball 5 yards back because the ball carrier was tackled in bounds. The ONLY reason the clock stopped and was started on the snap was due to the defensive penalty.

Agree. You have some small schools who try to run spread and struggle to get the snap and block it long enough... Run the Offense that caters to your team. Those old school concepts/formations can keep you in ball games when you can chew up the clock and get 3-4 yards per play.

It's 6 quarters now, right? And if the kid is playing special teams on JV and then playing a Freshman game that is legal, correct? I would agree playing any offensive or defensive position for 8 quarters is illegal.

I don't want this to sound insensitive because it's not the intent... But are they going there so they can play and they wouldn't play at Penn? It happens around our area some. Kids that will not step on the field at big schools, leave for small(er) schools where they will get an opportunity to get on the field/court.

I think he was saying Northview to join the Sagamore. There are only 6 schools. I am sure they are looking for a couple of more schools.

It's no longer HP Gridiron... It's HP Gridiron/Hardwood/Mat/Diamond/Conservative Politics. Can't wait until the bragging about how many views he brought in because all of us went and look at the S#!t show that it is. I don't think this helps his cause... If I was a HC at a HS, I wouldn't want anything to do with feeding his site/agenda. Also, HS sports is the last sport we can watch that are in the purest form... No $/agenda tied to the athletes... Yet a self proclaimed page that "promotes high school athletes" shows all political propaganda. It's ridiculous.
