  1. You're a joke... I'm not explaining anything to you... It has nothing to do with the Sagamore...
  2. I don't care who the coach is... Playing Kokomo wouldn't benefit Webo.. Again, I have no inside sources as to what/why they didn't schedule them but gave you some reasons as to why it may not benefit. It's not always black and white (Webo is afraid to play them)... Yeah, Thorntown/Jamestown/Dover are building roundabouts currently and are looking to be the next Fishers/Carmel/Westfield. 🙄
  3. Ah, Muda... I would look deeper instead of your conspiracy theory of Webo playing a team for an easy win... 1) Kokomo runs an offense that Webo will not see in the playoffs or ever again (it really doesn't benefit them to play them). 2) HC played Pioneer without their Starting QB 3)HC has athletes and playmakers. I don't believe the Coaching Staff at Webo is taking this game as an automatic win. The Offense they run will probably be something very similar that the Stars will see in their Sectional (and beyond if they move on). So why you believe this is a clear cut case of Webo "dodging" Kokomo for an "easier" opponent is anything but that. I am throwing things out that could be the reason they chose 1 over the other... Or as many have said, maybe Kokomo said No... There are thousands of reasons that none of us know because we aren't the ADs/Coaches from any of these schools You may want to look into your Frankfort Program a little deeper... I know when I showed up for the Jr High Game on Tuesday there were ~25 High School players out practicing... They had already cancelled the game because of Covid concerns....
  4. I may be in the minority here, but No. Other than playing a school 3X Webo's size just to play, I don't see any benefit in playing that game.

  10. Luers will be really good. Athletes EVERYWHERE. I mean their D Tackle was back deep to return kickoffs last year. Mater Dei was young last year as well. Scecina has to get through HC again. I don't know what Pioneer has coming back, but both Lewellen brothers graduated, right?
  11. One has a 4A enrollment and One has a 2A enrollment. They both participate in the Sagamore where Webo has won the Sagamore in 2018 & 2019 (as one of the smallest schools in the conference) and as @Footballking16 pointed out Webo has beat them 7 out of the last 10 times. Webo 538 students (grades 9-12) Lebanon 1017 students (grades 9-12) And it doesn't appear there is a Drastic difference in economically disadvantaged (Webo 32.4%, Lebanon 37.9%)
  12. We do a lot of the same things out here. The kids see Coach Pelley and HS kids out at the youth games. There is a camp which is run by the HS Coaching Staff and players. Basic offense/defense are taught. There is a Youth Football Night during a varsity game where all youth teams are announced during halftime of a varsity game. Coach Pelley is involved in the youth program (on the Board) and was fitting youth kids last night for equipment.
  13. My whole basis of posting was around Webo being tied to that word in bold on the first post that DT posted. I am sure there is some truth to the underlined. The underlined and Your second paragraph is the advantages that typically P/P schools have.
  14. That wasn't the context DT provided... "Upscale Western Boone Nips Private School...." Numerous... How many is that 5? 7? 35? How many farming families do you know in the Webo community? I am not arguing there are kids in the Frankfort community that have kids that have to work to help support their family. But you throw DOE data as it is all encompasing. There are kids that have to work to support either themselves or family. I know "numerous" as well. But because Webo has had some success in football then they are a bunch of rich kids (which is false). Again, my basis for posting was the challenging of Webo being "Upscale". Doesn't have anything to do with Frankfort.
  15. The fact that DT called Webo Upscale while being a farming community. We aren't Carmel, Fishers, or even Zionsville. I honestly don't understand... You guys only find things that fit your narrative. My posts were arround the fact that Webo Community wasn't upscale as identified by DT. That the community is a Middle Class farming community and for the life of me I can't understand how a middle class farming community can be described as upscale. That was the basis of my posts. How do you know that, Muda? Your perception/opinion isn't always reality/fact.
  16. I don't understand Muda... You have talked consistently on here about low income kids that have to help support their families... Does that not include young teenage kids that live on farms helping to support their family? Or is it only that narrative when it fits Frankfort and their 4A Classification? You talk out of both sides of your mouth. It's a matter of what the kids have to do before/after practice. Webo is a farming community. Lots of kids do 4H, bale hay, work ground, etc. It's a matter of work ethic. No one is saying those kids were better than anyone (I promise you the kids won't tell you that), it's a matter that DT identified Webo as "upscale". I am guessing those schools that are "upscale" are not baling hay or working farms before/after practices/workouts. I am not sure if you've ever touched a bale of hay Muda but, Baling hay in 90 degree heat is no joke. It's physically demanding. It's tiring. But the kids aren't using excuses. They show up to practices/workouts/camps and do what they have to do at home.
  17. They do. But wouldn't exactly call those small towns upscale. I mean Thorntown and Jamestown do have Dollar Generals though.
  18. They still have a gas station... You completely missed the point Muda... But I would expect nothing different from you. LOL. Full of Wealthy farmers...
