I agree that Concordia is just a place holder at the 9 spot. They have key players out, once they get healthy, they will get back into the top 5. I'm beginning to wonder about South Side, it been 10 years since the have had winning record. Just wondering why the program struggles so much??

I'm watch game and see Ison Robinson is playing first game. Had a big sack on Concordia's first drive, 4th down play. So looks like he will help shore up D a bit??

Snider gets opportunity to get record back to .500, see how they play against South Side. Hopefully they can build on whatever they did Friday and keep that going this coming Friday and the the following Friday against Homestead. I was not able to watch game, so if anyone has any info on what they did different would be appreciated.

I had Snider rebounding against Concordia this weekend. I was gong to say Snider by 20+, but due to security issue on site, I was not able to post my game prediction. I was also predicting a Wayne W and a Carroll/North Side defensive battle.

Practice, practice, practice and try to learn off game/film study. Not sure how many yards Becker tagged them for, but I would think a lot of that has to do with D line issues, need to get pressure on QB.

Not sure what hold up is on him, maybe fact that he moved specifically to play ball?? I could see if he was on a local team and then transferred to Snider, but moving in from out of state may be different story??

Has there ever been a 1A beating a 6A or 5A for that matter in the past, other than last night?

Didn't think I would see Snider on wrong side of the Mercy Rule, but heard that happened last night. Definitely looks like a rebuilding year, doesn't seem they have anything to reload with. I'm think they could flirt with a losing record this year, think it may be only the third time in program history, 55 years and only two losing seasons from what I can tell, last one in 1989. Pretty good run on that.

Dwenger at North Side - Tough game to call, I'll go with experienced talent in the Saints, they win by 6 Luers at Wayne - Wayne by 10 Snider at Carroll - I would like to say Snider rebounds and gets W, but after Taylor put up over 350+ in air, Becker should be able to do what he wants, Carroll by 24 South Side at Northrop - Bruins are good, get W by 30 Homestead at Concordia - Concordia D is good and keeps Sparty in check, Cadets by 6 in low scoring game

6. Would like to hear more about whats going on at FW North Side. The Legends blew out SAC kingpin Snider 47-17 in Friday nights opener. Dwenger and Carroll are up in the next two weeks so the scedule maker decided to put the screws to North Side to open the season. Homestead also lost to Northrup. Whats going on in The SAC? I looks like North Side has a good team this year, led by Taylor, RB looked good as well and the O & D lines outplayed Snider. We will see in next two weeks if they are contenders or pretenders. I think Snider is young and will be a 5-4 or 6-3 team this year. Northrop I hear has a pretty good RB and always seems to have talent but have problem getting that together. Maybe this is the year the Legends and Bruins get some respect. Concordia will also be worth a watch, I hear they have a pretty good D to go along with the O. May be the most balanced SAC I've seen in a longgggg time.
