Yeah, i can agree that they should be favorite or close too next year, Becker is back at Carroll next year, so they may be 1A & 1B?? I still get concerned on O play calling for Snider, That reverse/pass with Swanson was a cluster. Why would that be called at that point of game and then Swanson throws ball to no one/no Snider player in area and get intentional ground. Is he just throwing ball to throw ball or is he not coached to look to see if a Snider receiver is in a 10 - 15 yard area of throw????????? I know these are kids, but really don't see Dwenger/Carroll/Homestead call plays and have poor execute like that (2 borderline laterals were already addressed earlier), JMO.

It looks like they have a good thing going. Do Tigers have a good O line ?? If they can run ball and control clock and have good D, they have chance. I live up in Mishawaka area and that is what Bart Ball is all about. Ground/Pound/Clock and decent D equals W's.

Well that was same result tonight. Secondary never seemed to have their heads/eyes up, heads down reacting, not being proactive. Snider did play better, a bit. Brown ran good, Haupert needs to work on his passing, many overthrows and bad decisions into 2x/3x coverage. Also 2 bad swing passes to flat that are borderline lateral. The second one that he did had bad call by ref IMO, looked to be a turnover. Onto 2021 I guess.

Hats off to Warsaw. I really never paid much attention to them in past, they are up and coming program, Bart made a difference for sure, he is a Hall of Fame coach to be in IN HS football in my mind. I will for sure watch game at Homestead next week. Initial thoughts in Sparty D is way better so Warsaw may not be able to score like they did tonight. I do like the Tiger D and O set, so I thinking game will be a close one.

I really oversold, or tried too on Carroll. Looks like they had hard time with "Bart Ball" triple O and mix of other things. Will be interesting game at Homestead next week. I know game is not over, but think the Tigers have this. Nice D for Tigers as well !!

I'm curious in what type of D Snider plays in secondary?? They never seem to have their eyes on the QB, heads are down looking at the receiver, not watching the ball & QB. Just wondering, because they really look bad back there.

Snider's done. That trick play was crappy call, then Haupert throws INT. Maybe next year??

Yeah, I've been watching since start. Snider is a different team now from when they played earlier. A few things I'm seeing; D needs to rush/blitz to get pressure, Homestead QB will pick apart if he has time, Haupert needs to be more selective when passing, Brown is running good and D line is looking good. The big surprise is no flags that are killing drives on O or extending drives from Homestead.

Snider gets off to 10-0 lead vs Homestead. They need to continue to heavy rush/blitz Homestead QB, like they did on first possession. Homestead just scored, Snider's secondary can't do this without D line pressure up front. Homestead QB will pick them alive if Snider rushes only 3 or 4.

Yes, I know Westfield is in the north bracket, so are 16 others. There are probably 3-4 teams that could beat Westfield on any give Friday night. If Westfield and Homestead end up facing each other, they will play at Homestead I believe.

I think in regular seasons it is 4 games max.

I'm hoping the team coming out of sectional 3, be it Homestead or Carroll, or one of others can make it too the title game. It has been awhile for that. Interesting that Carroll has higher probability chance to win sectional & regional than Homestead per Sagarin.

Yes, I have made a few post about a two division SAC for a few years, don't think I have this year, I think this one will do for now. 🙂
