Another positive story about charters.

I teach at a school that is having a pretty bad year. The players that I personally know in my class do not just go through the motions. You're nuts. I've played on and coached some good and bad teams and we tried our best each and every time (various sports). One of the bigger reasons for score disparities is due to the offenses that are quick strike as compared to days of yore.

I’m not stupid and a lopsided series is understandable. I have taught in the Fort Wayne area for years, grew up where many of Snider’s best from the 80’s, 90’s, and today grew up and actually attended Snider. Heck, some of my friends teach there now. Snider is at least 3 times bigger than Luers, if not 4. They, like most FW schools, have kids from most all FW zip codes. That Woodson camp was the greatest recruiting tool Ever, period!

Zero boundaries? Sounds familiar. If a multiplier comes in, you bet your bippy recruiting will be ugly. I haven't worked for East Allen for several years, but when Harding was reimagined, the other 4 schools would put on their recruiting hats when they went to have their talk with the Junior High kids. There are coaches on here who do teach for EACS, but I think they'll stay mum on this. Maybe they all go to New Haven now anyhow.

Since Rod Woodson's camp has gone, it hasn't been the same. With forced bussing in Fort Wayne, kids really do come from far away.

But we all know that's not the reason you bring it up. You could care a whole lot more that the enrollments are different. Equity on the playing field just isn't going to come because the games are not set up to be a social experiment, but a real-life competition.

I simply don't comprehend the question. I've heard a few officials don't apply because of the good ol' boys that have their own club. Good girl's basketball is fun to watch. The fundamentals and team attitude is great.

I don't think it would work because the kids are not there for long and are not hand picked. I watched promotion/relegation in Colombia and Ecuador. Whoever has the most money wins.

You'd have to go back and figure out why. A lot of things are not as the forefathers have written up. As usual, I still fail to find a well regulated militia, but that's for another place.

Yes, I did see that. He was probably making a list of what he thought had happened, like you do after you have a car accident or some kind of damage to your home. He did retract. I don't see it as jumping to conclusions.

Hearing and seeing that Carroll students were displaying their friendliness in their cheer block the other night. We’ll see if this hits the media. Homestead and Carroll, aren’t they supposed to be the cream of the crop?

I generally see you and that other Snider poster to be taken literally. My mistake.

Turnovers really hurt the Knights. THey may match up well until Regionals in 2A, especially if they keep the ball on the ground or throw to the receivers that can get by slower defenses. I'm trying to be careful, but when will the next Knapke make some appearances?
