  1. Helmet contact was a bad call. 20 put his helmet outside the body of the ball carrier.
  2. No flag on long completion from south to north on Westfield sideline for facemask. Several Centergrove players without mouthpiece in during play. Westfield not being on the field as time expired of the halftime clock. Let’s go on and on.
  3. To bad the third team on the field is not up to this games standards.
  4. December 16 is the date of the meeting if I remember correctly.
  5. Of course Hamilton would have an excuse. The whistle blew before the flag flew.
  6. Back to the game, I did not know that a live ball foul and a dead ball foul could offset. There was a hold called and a personal foul late hit called and them called offsetting penalties. Is that correct?
  7. You need to visit The Pit at Pioneer to compare! Two of Coach Nowlin favorite facilities.
  8. I think that Concordia and Logansport both want to host and not travel due to Sr. Night activities. Not sure if this will happen.
  9. Does Coach_MarkBrown understand he is to pick the winner?
  10. I thought that before the season started the IHSAA made a change in Sectionals 17 and 18 and moved KV back into 18? On the John Harrell site it show that KV is in sectional 17. Which is it?
  11. Just another night in the North Central Conference. A long Saturday morning.
  12. That is why you pay the coach to make that call. He knows better than any one his job is to win....just win baby. And if that call is wrong and they don't win he will be held accountable. In our community we let our coach make that call not the family members or arm chair QB's on the sideline. The coaches spend more time in the season with these kids that those fence line coaches. and he know that if this decision is incorrect and they don't win he will be held accountable.
  13. What a nice night of football at Logansport. Two schools that had never played one another before, but got together due to their scheduled opponents not being able to play due to Covid protocol. The AD's, Roman Smith and Brian Strong, as well as the coaches, Nate Andrews and Mike Johnson, did what was best for their players and got this game scheduled in just a coupler of hours on Thursday afternoon. The game was not pretty by any coaches standards with way to many time the ball being on the ground. But in the end the game was played and the players got to have their "Friday Night Lights. Thanks to these AD's and their staff as well as the coaches and their staff.
  14. That PA announcer at Plymouth is my kind of guy.
