My issues was with Getsy was he was way to inconsistent and and WAY Too late to the party to get concepts / schemes that maximized what JF did well, instead he wanted him to be a multi level multi read QB and seemed to lead to a lot of missteps by JF. His adaptability was troublesome from my naked eye. Hard to fully understand when not sitting in room listening to coache sand watching the tape but that was my takeaways from him. He probably is a real good coach for his system with certain pieces needed to run said system. Maybe I am a bit of skeptic of OC who have HOF QB at their disposal, I am sure there were bad calls made into great calls by Rodgers when he was with Getsy.

For instance, when I look at my "gateway" number, it is more than the teaching contract with the 2 varsity sports I coach and its stipends. I do Middle School reffing for my AD, school has to put it on my payroll , which came from central office decision, so be it, but those type of things raises the number on Gateway.
