This game is my biggest question mark. Although they absolutely dominated Lafayette Jeff (who played a relatively weak schedule), the game with Elkhart (whose schedule was a little tougher) was a nail-biter. Now comes Westfield whose schedule was probably even tougher.
I get how everybody wants a perfect fit, etc., but it will never be a perfect science. We can speculate, argue, and debate as much as we want, but it really is out of our hands.
If you don’t like the cold, play baseball. I love that Indiana has four seasons and I seriously doubt hypothermia has occurred much.
I think it will be a good one.
I don’t see how my geography is off. All I was calling for is for Bedford, Bloomington, Columbus, Martinsville, and a few others coming together. What’s this crap about 109 miles?
Both Elkhart-Merrillville and Mishawaka-Valparaiso are very close. To channel my inner @DT, these four schools would be the cornerstone of one hell of a league...
Conference Indiana is the ugly stepsister if the IHS double A and the Terre Haute schools are the ugly stepsisters of Conference Indiana. It wound be much better for them to be in the Western Indiana Conference. I also think the Bloomington and Columbus schools should hook up with BNL, Martinsville, Franklin, and Whiteland to form Conference Indiana.
