The younger Tuma is making his presence known on defense as well. This is really a pretty young team overall. Lots of So and Jr starters. Ehman has always been a good back and now that they’ve gone to a balanced attack, it takes some of the pressure off Griffey when they do throw. Schakel was everywhere on defense last week, and Mayo is making a huge impact on defense as well. Plus, I haven’t seen team morale this high in 5 years. Kudos to Coach Kirschner for that. I would add that they also have a great Manager.😉

No #8 that I recall. #6 had 210 yards rushing. #60 Erb had 9 tackles, 1 caused fumble. #75 DEFINITELY played. Both ways. If one were to know him in real life, that may be true. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt. Don’t know him, never met him and didn’t interact with him on this site in the regular forums. My only interaction with him was in the OOB, and he was a jerk to several in that forum, myself included. I have to say the interaction was mutual, because I believe in treating others the way that they treat me. So no ill will and sincerely hope he finds peace off this site.

Heights first PAT attempt was blocked. 2nd touchdown went for 2 and failed(with :57 left in the 4th, good kick would have won in regulation), OT PAT was perfect. I don't think Western attempted a PAT kick all night, but I could be wrong about that.

They scored 1 more point than Western in overtime. The only good extra point kick by either team all night.
