It seems to be a pattern when something big is rumored to be talked about at an executive meeting. It is odd how this seems to take so much time. Have to validate those 6 figure salaries I guess.
You are sticking your head in the sand if you think that all programs are the same. As in any system, the weight management plans that you are referring to get manipulated. A kid that play football at 185 and wrestle at 170 is an example. Does that fall under a weight management plan?
Looking for a good kicking camp in Indiana. Received info on Kohl's Kicking Camp, but they are charging $400 for a two day camp at Warren Central. That seems outrageous to me, but I could be way off base also. Any input would be appreciated.
Marshall Fishback(Rochester)-285 Champ
Played 3 tech and Guard. Marshall is a great kid. Some of his football honors are All-Conference 2 years. IFCA Junior All-State and Region 4 All-star on OLine. Rtc4 first team Oline. Did not make IFCA All-State this year because of the bs politics involved. He is also a Track guy. Near 50 ft in shot put and 140 in the disc.
Only been wrestling for 3 years!
Rochester has 3 football players going to state in wrestling. Alex Deming at 195, Brady Beck at 220, and Marshall Fishback at 285 will compete. They were on New Haven Semi-state championship team and Fishback was the 285 Champ.
Everyone still drinking the Ballard kool-aid? This guy can't build a team. Empty drafts on the defensive side and won't spend money on the FA market when it makes sense. Instead deals away a first round pick on Wentz. This can be overcome if you admit a mistake and move on. Wentz deal ranks up there with the Richardson deal that Grigson made.
A new alignment would probably take place at the next executive meeting. I feel that all State champions should bump up a class and go by enrollment with the rest. Just my opinion.
If you are licensed to teach HS Spanish and are interested in coaching football, pm me. Rochester High School is in need of a high school Spanish teacher and we have opportunities to coach.
Maybe it's time that an uncatchable ball be added to the equation?
It would be interesting to study the amount of DPI calls are thrown on the offenses side of the field versus the defenses side of the field. It seems that more are thrown to the offensive sideline, but I don't really have hard proof. I only have a feeling from standing on the sidelines for over 25 years.
