PHJIrish Posted November 10, 2025 Posted November 10, 2025 I haven't been a Bear fan since the Bobby Douglass days, but I'm impressed with their progress since hiring Coach Johnson, nice name too!😉 1 Quote
Coach Nowlin Posted November 11, 2025 Posted November 11, 2025 I think most Bears fans would be THRILLED with 10 win season in year 1 of Coach Johnson and now especially with the amount of injuries they have had defensively..... To achieve that they will need to go 4-4 in the final stretch of games, I only see 1 "gimme" If there is such a thing but it is looking like hosting Cleveland at home would be as close to one as you can get. Packers twice, like to think that is a split at minimum, but Packers have lost back to back home games to Panthers and now Philly. Bears on road to Philly, that would be incredible win to get but not counting on that one. Boogeyman and Steelers come to town, like that matchup, but won't be easy. Going to be exciting stretch A Minny H Steelers A. Eagles A. Packers H. Browns H Packers A 49ers H. Lions What a stretch !!!! Quote

Coach, I think the Vikes, Pack (one), Browns, Steelers, and 49ers are reasonable expectations to take home dubs. 1 Quote

Coach Nowlin Posted November 24, 2025 Posted November 24, 2025 Lots of irrational POLES "Takes" have found themselves elsewhere....... shocking what can happened when you get vertically aligned and give time and patience to build the long game way Quote

Primarily because they still have two games against the Evil Empire and the cheater Lord LaFleur. We'll see after this weekend. Quote
Coach Nowlin Posted December 2, 2025 Posted December 2, 2025 Sure, I get that, but even if they do not win in GB does not change anything moving forward Quote
Bobref Posted December 7, 2025 Posted December 7, 2025 I don’t know how this game will turn out. But I’ve been watching Bears games since I moved to Northwest Indiana in 1969. Williams made 2 throws on that last drive that no Bears QB has made in my lifetime. 1 Quote

Very few QBs in the NFL have ever or ever could make those. Quote
