This is Notre Dame, not IU. Those kids don't want to play BYU. They want Georgia. The kids are hurting right now just as much as the administration. There's no interest other than matching up with the country's best.

Alabama was 10-2 with 6th rated SOS. Notre Dame was 10-2 with the 44th rated SOS. You think they would fare equal or better with a tougher schedule? Don’t buy it.

I’ve heard it all year. IU has the best coach in the country, the best defense in the country, and the soon to be Heisman winning QB. I like our odds.

Much better with Notre Dame out of the way. Like I said, it's really unfair to the Hoosiers that they'll never even know if they're the best team in their own state. Notre Dame checks off all the boxes. Anyone with an IU over 68 can see that.

Good stuff. At least Notre Dame's kids were given a choice. They're disappointed. Those kids were making plans to win a national championship. They don't want to play BYU. It's insulting.

I agree with ND puling out, good for them. I'm sure if they did go to any bowl outside the CFP, most key players would opt out, esp Love and Price, the future is next year in NFL
