A quick Google search shows this guys rap sheet and character . Burglary, battery, protective order against him, and 14 or so speeding/traffic violations. 2 Quote

I can't imagine, seeing how Marcus Freeman conducts himself as the coach of Notre Dame, that anyone took this thing remotely serious. Sounds like you have have a hot head who wants to be in the headlines and potentially an easy payday. There are some stupid coaches out there that may compromise themselves in a situation like that, but Freeman isn't one of them. Quote

I don't disagree...what I found interesting is when the article in The South Bend Tribune stated that the police had conducted their investigation and turned it over to the prosecutor for a decision to be made about prosecution.
