Libtards

Stick to videos. When you try to type words, unsubstantiated vitriol spews out.

While Denver is one city where this happened, Overton, TX, is another city where it happened as well.  So it's either not a partisan issue or the "libtards" have done such a great job of infiltrating GOP ranks as to have taken the extreme Mr. Gohmert and made him a Manchurian candidate since the county where Overton resides, Rusk County, is pretty much awash in red and represented by the likes of Louie Gohmert.  Rusk supported Trump over 77%.  The other county that Overton resides in is Smith, which supported Trump almost 70% and also represented by Gohmert.  Can't get less "libtard" than that.

Yes.  Uni-party.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signs bill declaring children's lemonade stands legal: https://www.texastribune.org/2019/06/10/texas-greg-abbott-signs-bill-declaring-childrens-lemonade-stands-legal/

Quote

Great news, children of Texas: Your unlicensed lemonade stands soon won’t be criminal enterprises.

Gov. Greg Abbott late Monday signed a bill that prohibits cities and neighborhood associations from enacting rules that block or regulate children trying to sell nonalcoholic drinks like lemonade on private property. The law targets local health codes and neighborhood rules that intentionally or unintentionally ban the stands or require permits for them to operate.

Support for such a law in Texas began to grow in 2015, when police in the East Texas town of Overton reportedly shut down a lemonade stand by two young siblings who were trying to earn money to buy a Father's Day present.

The bill, authored by state Rep. Matt Krause, R-Fort Worth, passed unanimously in both chambers. Abbott signed the bill in a video he posted on Twitter.

....

Probably a nice campaign contribution from Kraft Foods (who owns the Country Time brand) is also in the works.

I'm surprised you would read that liberal rag. One of my former classmates was a Director there, not sure if he still is or not. He also served  as Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of Media Affairs in the Clinton White House

Hmm,  this is probably the first texastribune.org article I have read or linked to.  So if that makes me a "reader"  of "that liberal rag"  then I am guilty as charged.   I saw the story at another website, and it was related to the picture I posted yesterday.

It's a great thing liberal atheists don't gather in places of worship. That way the Christian Conservatives can't find a place to shoot a bunch of 'em up.

So, what is the excuse for Roy Moore? Or how about Dennis Hastert? Hell, even Trump, the idol of countless Republicans cheated during each of his three marriages. And one of his biggest fans, Alex Jones was just busted for sending child porn to Sandy Hook victims. I am sure there are others that claimed to be “conservative” that have done some bad stuff too.  Yes, there are a lot of people across the political spectrum that do sickening, gut wrenching things; neither side of the aisle can claim the moral high ground, un;like what is being perpetuated in this meme. The sad fact is that a meme like this creates yet another fake division, giving people justification to hate one side even more.
