When Gannett ended its connection with the AP a few years ago, we were informed that we were no longer allowed to vote in AP polls (high school or college). So a bunch of us on the high school side, including myself, chose to form our own poll. No boycott. Hope that helps.

IFCA Poll Week 4

Warren should drop after reading their 3 star QB is transferring. -
Not since the gr8 Rhinehart!! Almost 3 decades..they gotta be due!! 20 years ago Brownsburg couldn't get past Avon..Maybe with Warsaw Noblesville and Northrop in their sectional?? If a redrawn alignment would bless them ever so heavenly!? So many kids and resources..Does the AD not care? Why hasn't skrownksi jersey not been retired yet? Put me on the school board for crying out loud!!

Never, ever count on Sparty to do jack crap in football. Once in a blue moon they win a supposed toss up game, come sectionals, goodbye…

Those lines look closer to what I think they should be compared to what John Harrell's site predicts, but no way I would take Memorial -38 given how Harrison has competed the last few weeks. I think it will closer than 3 TDs.

The Associated Press could only find a handful of voters in Indiana. It seems that the USA Today/Gannett writers boycotted it. Kind of a shame to see a poll with so much history just fall apart. Another L in journalism we can chalk up to USA Today/Gannett.

Massey: Mater Dei (-2) at Jasper, 54% chance of victory for MD Wildcats Castle (-21) at Boonville, 93% chance of victory for the Knights Memorial (-38) at Harrison, 99% chance of victory for the Tigers Central at Reitz (-39), 99% chance of victory for the Panthers Bosse at North (-40), 100% chance of victory for the Huskies

USA Today Poll 5A: 8. Castle 4A: 9. Reitz 3A: 1. Memorial (14) 4. Mater Dei

If we are going to seed a tournament (which is what we are basically talking about), do it like wrestling. Lock all the participating coaches in a room and don't let them out until they come up with a list. I think the IFCA would do a much better job seeding sectionals than voting in a state-wide poll.

Yes I am piling on. Yes they are my team; too much history with them and my family to be anything else.

Impressive night for an undrafted free agent.

Much better than polls based on meaningless x-0 records and reputation.

Hoosier Hills Conference

Pick'em selections: It took me a millisecond to see how this week's matchups will go since it's the haves against the have nots. Columbus East @ New Albany This has blowout and a running clock written all over it. Jeffersonville @ Floyd Central This has blowout and a running clock written all over it. Seymour @ BNL This has blowout and a running clock written all over it. -
I don't know. Could be marital trouble on the horizon:

I don't know who "Massey" is. And I don't really care about the statistics-lines-gambling trifecta. "There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics." - Mark Twain (who attributed it to Benjamin Disraeli)

We found a fan of the old playoff points system of the 1980s. 😛

few times and not that it mattered to me in the least bit. NFL is entertainment product No different the many other games when they pan to crowd or this or that. At least the narrative of relationship being a hoax has been put to rest.

Gotta have non conference games to be able to afford to play NA/Jeff. -
I agree, they beat Dwenger I’m going to have to call them by their government name…the Spartans…

Flawed statistics? Massey is one of the most consistent sites I've found at predicting matchup scores to date. It's pretty wild how close they come almost every week.
