I mean, you’ve gotta take the modern era into account. Others won national titles before the forward pass became the cool thing to do.
Also depends on your criteria. Guys like Chad Henne , Denard Robinson (a QB in name only) and John Navarre hold a lot of Michigan passing records because they were 3-4 year starters.
Guys like Harbaugh, Brady, Dennis Franklin, Brian Griese and Scott Dreisbach won a lot of big games but don’t have the eye popping career stats of the others.
Brady is EASILY top 10, probably top 5 if you just look at his Michigan career.
