Both wins were D1. Ball State is FBS and SIU is FCS. No Purdue fan, but played Michigan tough and blew the game against Minnesota. I do believe they were better than last season, but have a ways to go. IU’s win last night at Ross Ade was the their largest margin of victory on the road in this long series history.

that's interesting....Penn State makes top 12 and fighting for a bowl eligibility. Also think its interesting Oklahoma is 11th with 4 or 5 ranked wins, with other 2 loss teams well ahead of them. How does a 1 loss Oregon be ranked higher than an undefeated Indiana team, that inflicted Oregon's only loss on them at their place? BYU does not make the top 12, unlike the CFP rankings.
