Agreed. Foligno has been solid. Glad to see they signed him to a new deal. Corey Perry was doing well too. I would have liked to see them hang on to him.

Joe Barry is out as DC. Not that I was rooting for it, but his scheme was off most of the year. Too complicated? possibly, but too many mistakes were made throughout the season; mistakes that occurred even when they won games. Interesting names have come up as far as who is being interviewed. Brandon Staley (I was really surprised), Bobby Babich (would be a solid hire), and Aden Durde. Not really familiar with Durde other than he was the D Line coach in Dallas and was with Quinn in ATL; and he is from the UK. I will be curious to see what moves are made this off season. Greatest needs in my mind are safety, CB, especially if Alexander signs elsewhere which appears to be the case from he posted on his twitter. I would love to see a true middle linebacker added; a guy similar to Fred Warner of SF. Campbell and Walker are ok as OLB's, but neither is stout enough to play in the middle against the run. McDuffie is similar to them. I would really like to see Walker just become an edge rusher. he looks slow and lost in pass coverage.

I agree about Vrabel too; really surprised he has not landed somewhere. I am curious if he is just stepping away for a bit.

So, openings are being filled, but BB is still without a job. I would say the odds are pretty high that he does not land a job at this point. I just think where current openings are, it will take some time to get the program on track. Does he have the time needed? Or even the commitment level to do the job well? Thoughts?

Great game, but DAMMIT..........once Jones ran for 53 yards, you HAVE to put the game away following that. While they exceeded expectations, it's still frustrating to see them lose this way. They played to not lose; sat back in soft coverage and did not pressure Purdy. That said, nobody in the NFC will be able to hang with the Ravens.

One aspectI had not even considered in this….the leeches coming after these kids who just graduated high school. The NFL has a VERY tight grip on agents…nd even becoming one for the players. Watched the game on ESPNNews. They had the camera behind the offense the whole game. I saw a LOT of McCarthy to make me think he will be the steal of the draft at that position. his ability to move in the pocket and knowing when to take off and run were impressive. The most impressive play though was in the first quarter. He dropped an absolute dime on a long pass play. It was a vertical route by the outside receiver. The CB was actually in a decent position, but that ball dropped in to the WR's hands and the CB had no chance to make a play. It was really something. Nowlin, you will likely be saddened to hear all the talk in Chicago is about Caleb Williams. I am not sure it's an upgrade from what you get with Fields, but a new offensive staff may be what JF needs. Williams may come to you a little cheaper, but I have doubts about him as a pro. Harbaugh is in a can't lose position. If he stays, they compete for another title. With the right team, he could turn it around quickly. I think he does want to match his brother, especially considering he was on the losing end of that one.

But it would be a classic Jerry Jones move. Clock/game management was one issue I had with McCarthy when he was in Green Bay. I am not saying he should or should not be fired. There are other issues with that team. As Bradshaw pointed out in the post game show though, you went 12-5 3 years in a row and have nothing to show for it.
