  1. I've worked for some of those administrators. People have a hard time believing this.
  2. I guess my point was that AC may have done just fine.
  3. Whitmer enrollment 2200+, Hartley 650+. Whitmer lost in the state championship game to Moeller. Hartley lost to the state champion in their class.
  4. One of the decent Luers teams went to play a Toledo team and another Catholic school from Ohio. They played better against the big public school, but couldn't stop the small Catholic school. Winning state in Indiana against Ritter that year.
  5. Not Illinois, I see.
  6. In the 1990s that would’ve been Jimtown. I still have no idea how BL won the first time they played.
  7. I am assuming that Heritage Hills will win in similar fashion as New Palestine.
  8. The team that has the best matchup is going to win. I would throw strength of schedule out the door. Whoever can exploit the best match up is going to win.
  9. This post makes perfect sense Luers enrollment put them in 3A, as published by the IHSAA. And ever since they all in football playoffs whomever Lewers meats in the championship has been called, God’s gift to football. You win some, you’ll lose some. The better team will show up.
  10. Luers isn’t bumped up, really. Nor is Adams Central. I’m also glad that they get a shot to match up to G*d’s gift to football again. May the better team win!
  11. I'm glad Luers is out of this! 🙂
  12. Luers makes way too many mistakes and isn't a 3A juggernaut. They have to execute flawlessly and the coaches have to exercise proper game and clock management to give them a chance the next three weeks.
  13. That might hurt the reason for keeping track.
  14. Just got back from the doctor's office for something else and they all said that COVID has been a terror lately.

  16. Did the Bishop sign off?
  17. I think I see more housing going up in Huntertown. I'm sure someone can look this up.
  18. Of course, Gonzoron, I'm not talking about the skilled labor parts, just the standing there all day listening to music putting things into boxes or swiping my fingers across sensors after I pull a part out, place it on a belt, and put another part in. It really depends on the school and what is going on there. My school now has a good mix.
  19. I most certainly do and we always did at the schools I taught at. When I work my summer factory jobs, I think about how a robot or an ape could do it. 🙂
  20. I understand the history. It certainly has changed a lot in the last 20 years. It used to be get everyone prepared for post high school education. When factory owners and other business owners get into power, they need workers, yes.
  21. Which party happens to run the Department of Education? Why would the politicians cut the number and types of classes for the citizens to take? Why is Indiana turning high school into work, work, work (some parents don't want their children working during high school!), removing important classes after 10th grade (look it up, but fewer social studies, fewer science (no bio, chem, physics?), and math credits the same, but classes may be different!)? Again, verify, verify, verify. When you dumb down the populace and you own the businesses, you get the workers you want. Rich white males in charge?
