  1. no disrespect to Andrean's QB, but he was not on same level as their 2018 QB who is walk on at IU nor is he on the same level of Wright at Webo, so throw those comparisons out the window.
  2. tough call in Andrean Eastbrook game, IMO, you should of a CLEAR touch prior to throwing the flag for illegal touching. Then mechanics were shaky on that too, Andrean thought they had the ball, based on Referee's mechanics, jubilation followed by, oopsie, and time to send the defense back out.
  3. @NLCTigerFan07 Followed thru!! That is a cool HUNDO on behalf of his Warsaw Tigers!!! Many Thanks
  4. as he Promised: @NLCTigerFan07 donated $100 for his Warsaw Tigers' 1st ever Sectional Championship!!! Cheers and MANY THANKS
  5. No Words, So tragic and incredibly horrific for the WW Community
  6. dangerous game for IU forthcoming PU has nothing to lose, will continue to play loose with a boatload of 18-19 year old players. PU starting walk on at Center and QB last few games, all freshman WR core, a reshuffled OL, and a Defensive Front 7 that are so undersized and small. Not to mention the 2 freshman on the back end of the defense.
  7. When folks back in the day were talking about LCC and the grind of conference, and how Hoosier can help in post season it was for a season like this for LCC LCC has good HS Football players in their 2019 group The 09 Chris Mills group, the Anthrop eras with both Danny and Jackson and their stud buddies along with them were NOT your typical LCC 1a group, that was truly a special era of LCC with legacy kids all over the field. 2019 group needed to have the challenges of their regular season to be prepared for the 1a run they are on currently, I do not think you could say that in good faith about those other teams that GID nation so passionately enjoyed arguing about with likes of @LCCAlum and his boi , the bad guy, Razor Ramon....
  8. The Culture that Coach Ralph has created December thru July is what sets them apart right now. The In season, game day lifts also a reason they can run all those 2 way players without concern of wear and tear. Its so impressive, but its just not Football program, as @crimsonace1 can attest, the work ethic of the gals of New Pal are also best in state, espeically Softball team
  9. Complete homer pick here as my Dad is Valpo grad so going with the heavily under dogged Vikings!! Tall Task and not a lot of folks will give Valpo a shot, and understandably so with the body of work of Coach Ralph's program, pre and post Charlie Spegal days. This guy was pretty good......
  10. Eastbrook put on a clinic of leverage tonight. NG #9 gave up about 100 pounds and he consistently required 2 guys and allowed the classic Eastbrook LB run thru windows. Their staple of defense. They way they rally in space is quite impressive, again a Panther staple.
  11. bout to leave to Eastbrook Doing some research for the game: I think something that helps Eastbrook is that they only have 4 2 way starters. That is a luxury in 2a football. Eastbrook +29 on turnover for the year. they have snagged 16 interceptions and 16 fumble recoveries, while only losing 3 fumbles on the year.
  12. Don't expect a large following for Andrean. Especially with Region having 4 total teams in Semi State, casual fans may stick around to Valpo game, Hobart will probably have the largest road following to East Noble.
  13. How many Admins are left at Griffith who spearheaded the move? I know the AD is now at Valpo serving same role. I think Principal Orkis is still there. Griffith has done a good job of scheduling tough non conference games this past year. Question is does interim tag come off with Current HC or do they open it up ? I believe the Panthers were extremely young but had talent, just pups.
  14. @EB_Panthers_12thMan has added to the Booster count!! Much appreciated
  15. agree the Eastbrook atmosphere is so so good regardless of the classification I would put it up against anyone in the states. Lots of awesome energy when I was there for an Ole Miss game a few years ago when we had a Saturday game scheduled in 2016 I believe special shoutout to our newest Booster!! @EB_Panthers_12thMan
  16. if I had a nickle every time I butchered Brebeuf ....... lots of nickels........
  17. sure but when talking about something the future, which this thread is discussing, when Gavit and Clark closes, they will not be playing. That was my point. All dreams and hypothetical Do not believe NCC leadership is looking to do anything
  18. however in the Hoosier Model you can have best of both worlds: 2 non conference games and 2 games that you can reach across the aisle to other NCC teams and play. For instance: RCHS plays Western and Northwestern in Hoosier Conference EAST, these games are non conference games. The conference decided to help each other out on scheduling games so that each team in the East/West will play 2 others from the other division each year. That leaves 2 openings for RCHS to play KV and NN, 2 natural and geographical rivals. WL plays Jeff and McCutcheon in non conference and Cass/Hamilton Heights in other 2 non LCC plays Guerin and Tri West BC plays Seeger and Delphi TL plays 4 teams from East division: HH, NW, Tipton and Western Tipton plays local rivals, Elwood and Madison Grant Western: plays WEBO along with BC, TL, and RCHS NW: plays Eastern Hancock (though that changes next year) along with TL, RCHS, LCC Cass plays: Maconaquah and Pioneer as geographical rivals HH plays Mount Vernon in the Kirschner bowl and North Mont This is correct
  19. convert the NCC to the Hoosier conference model of East / West play week 9 cross over championship games. Don't see it happening, but fun to discuss
