    Indeed. BNL is a long way from Madison. Conference affiliation should not mean long bus rides. Although it would be bad on a Friday night, think of other sports such as volleyball and wrestling whose matches are held during the school week.

    U of A (Arizona) plans on its regular opening as does Bradley University. UCLA, however, does not.

    Has anybody mentioned James Franklin at Penn State? What about Tony Dungy? Herm Edwards? Mike Tomlin? Lovie Smith at Illinois is going just fine. It maybe took him a few years to right the ship, but didn’t they go bowling last season?

    And although not D-I, there was a guy named Eddie Robinson at Grambling State University in Louisiana that was pretty good. This talk against black head coaches is sickening.

    Here’s my thought: there’s not a damn thing we can do about the Covid-19 restrictions/lockdown/chess match/what have you. As an American, I love my freedoms, but also as an American I must respect the laws laid out before me.
