  1. I am more than a little biased as well, but would think that West Lafayette should be under consideration. Consider this data: Overall Tournament record - 71-34 (.676) Sectional record - 53-22 (.707) overall record; 14 championships 9 regional championships 5 Semi-State Championships 2 State runner-ups 3 State Championships 2 Hall of Fame Coaches (Gordon Straley & Ernie Beck) 1 Mr. Football (Daniel Wodicka) Current Coach, Shane Frye, has been at WL for 8 years with a record of 86-18 (.826)
  2. DT would have to get out of his recliner, brush off all of the Cheeto's/Dorito's from his shirt, get in the passenger seat of his car so the wife can drive him to Boone County to check out the socio-economics of Western Boone county to be able to make his assessment of the affluence of the area..., and that ain't happening! 🤔

  9. Cass played a great game. They learned a lot from two weeks ago, and came with a game plan that exposed RDP’s weaknesses on defense. Good luck in the tourney.
  10. Recent article about her... https://www.courierpress.com/story/sports/high-school/2019/10/16/forest-parks-abby-eckert-proves-football-isnt-sport-exclusively-boys/2154299001/
  11. I'm not from either Town/City, but these words are blasphemy!!
  12. The Hoosier Conference is split into two divisions of five teams, East and West. Each team plays the other four teams in their division and one team from the other division each year in a crossover game. The last week of the season, the #1 East team plays the #1 team in the West Division, the #2 East plays the #2 West and so on down the standings. This is why WL is playing Cass twice in a three week time period. Last week was the crossover game for the two schools. Next week, will be the game to determine the Hoosier Conference football champion between the East and West divisions.

  16. Can’t agree more... I will never understand people that don’t enjoy HS sports. Even with the recent rise in price of tickets in our area, it is STILL one of the best entertainment values anywhere.
