Nope, sure don't. Just have 6A as sixteen teams. then just spread the rest out over the other 5 classes.

Eh, I wouldn’t call that a brutal schedule, just reality. Rutgers is quite a bit better than the Boilers

Yes, not just them yet others who may be on the cusp or lower tier in 6a enrollment stand no chance, putting the big boys in their own class could help. Homestead, warsaw, columbus north, zionsville, are a few without adding in Jeffersonville or Harrison. Heck even Carroll and westfield. SF could still be in place as well. Spreading the lower 16 into 5a would just create less parity as most of them would skate through the playoffs just as warsaw did last year. Not a shot at them either, just when a 6a school steps down to 5a, yes hardware should be won.

The same size issues at the top of 6A are at the bottom of 1A.  I'm a fan of making the top and bottom classes the same size and then dividing everything else up evenly.
