Did they think about what they would put their families through if they got caught? If anything, the biggest thing that Chauncey Billups and Terry Rozier are guilty of is absolute STUPIDITY. Also, as a Pacers fan, the Chauncey Billups news gives me another reason to hate the 2004 Pistons. With the MOB no less 1 Quote
Irishman Posted November 5, 2025 Author Posted November 5, 2025 Classic Kind of reminds me of seeing Ken Leffler coaching Scecina games with a pipe in his mouth. 😆 1 Quote
Impartial_Observer Posted November 5, 2025 Posted November 5, 2025 (edited) Old guy at Madison Shawe, standing behind the dugout between innings rippin darts. And I mean like 10 years ago. My partner says “you see that”, ehh, he’s Catholic, he’s on a mission from God. Edited November 5, 2025 by Impartial_Observer 1 Quote
Irishman Posted November 12, 2025 Author Posted November 12, 2025 Not sports related, but this type of thing fascinates me. Anyone catch the northern lights last night? At some point, they were visible from anywhere in the State. Tonight is supposed to be more intense. It's the first time I was able to see anything with just my eyes and not needing to use my phone. 1 Quote

Irishman Posted January 3 Author Posted January 3 Is the ACC trying to get rid of Notre Dame? This sequence is insane. Let’s start with the fact that nothing close to a foul took place. https://fb.watch/Ep8QJFhW3r/?fs=e Quote

Let’s start with the fact that nothing close to a foul took place. https://fb.watch/Ep8QJFhW3r/?fs=e I still have the game on DVD and Imes fouled the Cal player at least twice on the way down the court, and then backed off when he launched the off-balance 3. The game itself shows a slow motion version of the sequence, and it's unequivocal that the officials missed the entire play. Even at full speed it evident that they missed it, even after a review. And the behavior of the Cal coach wasn't much better than Michah' at the end of the game. I still have it on DVD if anyone wants to bring over a pepperoni pizza and watch the slo mo with me.😉 1 Quote

Irishman Posted February 11 Author Posted February 11 You travel to Rome in the hopes of just seeing the Pope...and you actually get the chance to meet him. And you bring up hot dogs. 🤣 And the Pope has a great response. Cardinal rule now; only mustard, no ketchup. Quote
Muda69 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 If you are a basketball fan and have Amazon Prime Video I recommend a new documentary series, Soul Power: The Legend of the American Basketball Association. Very informative and entertaining. Well done. 2 Quote
