To me the right decision. Yeah they didn't complete the 2 point play. With tired players try to make a play. Came up a little short, but just go for it! Trinity much improved from last season. CG looks to be solid will be different in week 9 or 10  than now.

Peotone (IL) 26 Edgewood 25 (final)

In a Saturday contest, Edgewood is still looking for their first win of the season as they lose the game in the final 42 seconds of the game. The Mustangs trailed Peotone 13-6 at halftime but took a 25-13 lead in the 3rd. After Peotone regained the lead late in the 4th, the Mustangs fumbled the ball away ending any chance of a last second comeback.

Earlier today, Andrean came back from 16 down to beat Crete-Monee out of Illinois 30-28. A gutsy win for the Niners that they really needed.
