Was Gordon the QB for Castle last year who didn't see much PT after about the 3rd week of September?

Gordon started 6-7 games last season I believe. I don’t know what happened after that, I saw their starting WR replaced him right in Week 8

I know he didn't play against us in Wk 9.

It would help them avoid Owen Valley in that Sectional 30 juggernaut... LOL

Was a tougher sectional than 32.  You guys tell us every day how awesome Vincennes is.  Too bad we were down 3 offensive linemen against OV.

LOL. I was just making sure you weren't asleep on a rainy day... BTW, I don't think I've ever told anyone on any day how awesome VL was.

And I don’t think either team is at full strength yet. Would love to see a real game between them. I think both teams play well into November this season.

That is my understanding as well.

And just like that….first game in 6 weeks!

Just around the corner. I assume July consists of more contact and competitions, hopefully all the teams will get through the summer at full strength. I expect the 1-7 spots to be very competitive in the conference!

My money would be on GS to advance further. 4A South is a gauntlet and whoever wins Sectional 24 is going to have their hands full with East Central in the Regional.

Has anyone seen a promo or schedule for the SIAC coaches preview show with Dan Egierski?

That has been a highlight of July the past few years and I hope it continues

It appears he retired from the voice of USI Basketball last August. No idea if he fully retired or just stepped down from doing USI stuff

Dan stopped the previews and weekly coaches shows in 2021 I believe.

Pretty good list of games on Wk. 1. So nice to see some football stuff again. June and especially July are just dead months for local sports.

My Tigers need to stop the 3 year regular season losing streak to the JCats, but at least we got the one that really counted in October last year...
