4-0 Maconaquah not being in the top 10 of 3A is disappointing.
-
Judson 46-0 - Could this be the fastest bluejay team ever? Pioneer 38-13 - Pioneer keeps things rolling Caston 52-12 - Will Caston keep their fight after last week? Winamac 48-7 - Winamac rolls Very lopsided week in the HNAC

Concordia at Northrop - Northrop's collection of talent is getting it done so far. Bruins by a bunch. Dwenger at Homestead - This one is close, but Dwenger's D steps up in the end. Saints by 3 Luers at North Side - The Knights are struggling. Injuries and transfer portal taking it's toll. North Side by a lot. Snider at Carroll - Dinan's machine continues to roll. Chargers by 28. Wayne at South Side - Archers are rolling. Generals won't be a threat. Archers easily go to 3-2.

This is a high school rule? Just curious when it was put in the books or have I just never paid attention? Also because it is a force-based rule, if the ball was just bouncing around due to A's fumble (not at rest), but it bounced off of B into the end zone...then A could recover in the end zone for 2 points or B could recover in the EZ for 0 points?

I think it is awesome that they are playing.

Congrats to Micah Toler and Tyce Winchell on setting new school records in the game against Southridge. I saw @DaveMosbey post that both of these are believed to be school records going back to at least 1996: Individual passing yards (game): Winchell 317 yards (10 for 10 passing, 4 TDs) Individual receiving yards (game): Toler 194 yards (4 catches, 2 TDs)

HARRELL: SCORAGAMI'S

Waiting for 4-2. 29 is the most rare double digit score in the common range of football scores. -
I realize its flawed logic, but ... having seen MD and Castle, I believe they are very similar overall. MD routed Central. Boonville was 1 score to Central. So, I'll take Castle by a wider margin, say 34-14. Should be a fun one in Warrick County either way. Good to have a county rivalry game rekindled... Anyone know the last time they played in football?

lol...he is the complete opposite as how he was painted, no pun intended. Wants to be coached. Wants perfection. I think he and Ben are a very good match. Did you see Caleb ripping into someone on the sideline? Didn't matter to him that the offense was putting up video game numbers. 8TD's and 0 for Odunze, Burden or Loveland. A LOT of weapons.

Beautiful throw. Beautiful catch.

Just to let everyone know, we are planning some major site maintenance this week. Don't be surprised if TGD goes down at some point. We will try to get everything done and back up within 24 hours, but because of the scale of the maintenance it may take longer. Now, there are some good things that will come from this... This should eliminate some longstanding errors which new users have been experiencing when trying to register. It should also result in a more stable forum backend which means a better overall user experience for everyone (much less downtime in the future). We will also be upgrading to the newest version of the forum software, so new features! We appreciate your patience and understanding while these changes are being done. North Judson over Culver 55-6 - There’s a lot of speed wearing the blue and gold As a fan, I came away disappointed in the Warriors this past Friday. Not in the score, not even in the 4 turnovers in the first handful of plays, but the chippiness as LD alluded to. I’m not sure if it was frustration boiling over or what. I do know it’s uncharacteristic for the program. As for the game in Royal Center, the defensive backfield better heal up or Popejoy could have a field day. I always look forward to the gas station chicken in Royal Center. Caston over South Central by about however many they want. Winamac over Triton 40-14 before the Warrior bowl next week Liberty Field remains by far my favorite place to catch a high school football game in the area. Really cool atmosphere. The student section and cheerleaders look like they have a great time. The lawn chairs setup around the north end of the track is great. The food vendors.. The loud music…it all makes for an experience you don’t see many other places. You can tell football means a ton to the community, and they certainly have a program they can be proud of!
