Greetings all! Been scouring MaxPreps a bit, looking at rosters from last year and digging where I can to get info on this upcoming season. Some of the BEST intel comes from this very board! Hard to fathom we are just a month away from the start of the high school football season here in the Hoosier state. A few years ago on a whim, I started releasing a weekly a classless top 50 list of what thought were the best 50 teams from around the state. Admittedly, I know some areas better than others and am relying on boxscores on many occasions. That all being said, I am going to do it again this fall albeit a bit differently. I am going to release the teams in this fashion. Friday, July 19th: teams 26-50 (alphabetically; “the best of the rest”) Friday, July 26th: teams 21-25 Friday, August 2nd: teams 16-20 Friday. August 9th: teams 11-15 Friday, August 16th: teams 6-10 Friday, August 23rd: teams 1-5 Your conversation is welcome and appreciated!

I remember reading an article that said BD was the largest "township" HS in America in the 1950's. What does that mean? I an not sure if it means county HS or what. Townships generally just represent an area. Also the 1988 BD team that was 14-0 was also #4 in the final USA today poll and loaded with stars like RB Thomas "Tank" Adams and WR Scott McGowen was a beast of a team. The 2001 team is one of my favorites as they finished #4 too nationally. The Banks botched punt (high snap to him) that resulted in an official 115 yard TD due to him running back to the end zone from the 15 yard line still amazes me. And I'll never forget the 99 regional vs Arlington and Mr. Football Derrick Ellis. 1 second on the clock and 5'4" kicker Damon Fine launched a 56 yard field goal to win it. The fans trampled me pretty good and I lost a shoe under the old home field bleachers. Nothing like walking to your car with 1 shoe lol.

It’s Jill and Hunter. I’ve thought the same thing for four years, who’s calling the shots, in the last month or so it’s painfully obvious. Jill Biden has shown herself to just be evil in my opinion. The D’s know the problems involved with forcing him out at this time, and my guess is Harris is a hell of a lot less palatable than Biden for ANYONE at the ballot box. No upcoming star in the party is going to get involved in this shit show. Newsome (not without his own issues), Whittier……ehhh, four years is about perfect timing.

They have been doing this a few years now. Sometimes 2nd string kids can add. I bet if Snider's 2nds all went to South that program would be competitive. That's my opinion.
