  1. I can’t wait until Monday night. I am tired of hearing Miami fans say Indiana is overrated and hasn’t played the schedule they have. Freaking joke!!! My prediction for this game is going to sound disrespectful to Miami, it really isn’t, but Indiana is THAT team this year, Indiana wins 42-10

  5. Say a prayer for Wisconsin. They were already close to the bottom in NIL specding and have lost some key players to the portal. Have to admit it will be sooooooo weird rooting for a visiting team playing at Lambeau. 😆

  6. He definitely jumped the gun. He was sure that Moore was turning pro. I would not be surprised to see him try to get out of his deal with Oregon.

  7. As a consumer of sports investments and College Basketball being my favorite and most profitable, I will say also, that those mid to low major schools do not have props though, but most major conferences have them for states that allow prop betting for Professional College Sports

  8. I think it could be more prevalent than you think at these lower level schools in D1: Problem (other than the obvious problem with the players themselves choosing to do this) is that if folks really had an "in" like this, they just can't help themselves and end up alerting books with large sums..... long game and smaller chunks (personally I think that is happening way more with PROPS then anything in college/pro sports, especially hoops: Guy is at O/U 7.5 Rebounds, he knows how to keep that on the UNDER and not make it seem like anything. A couple hundred bucks here and there won't flag anything... When you start doing high end 5 figure wagers.... SIRENS go off. rinse repeat

  9. Yup: That is why I listened to the entire 1 hour Ravens Owner Presser He literally said, "I have no idea how these college coaches are dealing with this nonsense of NIL". Basically called it laughable system

  10. "But, Coach, we pay $1000 a month for little Billy to see a private trainer. How is it possible that he's not going to make the varsity team?" When you go to the barber, the barber will never tell you that you don't need a haircut.

  11. My observation: 25 years ago, I loved playing rec league softball. Those leagues are gone now. The guys that would play in that league are now 5-6 deep "coaching" their kid's travel softball/ baseball team every weekend. The kids are a reflection of parents living vicariously through them.

  15. This is a crazy stat. This week will be his 15th playoff game as the Rams head coach. He has never played a team twice in the playoffs in that time

  17. The new transfer policy is here, whether we like it or not. Please be mindful that these players are still kids. From day 1 when TA created the first iteration of the forum and through this day, attacking kids is unacceptable. People may not like that a particular player has transferred to a school, regardless of the reasoning. Some of these transfers are bound to get some people upset, or even angry. There might even be rumors of coaches recruiting a given player. That is the kind of thing that falls under the rumor policy (when talking about a particular player and/or a particular coach) in place here. Have evidence? Report it. There are avenues to dealing with those things. Bottom line is please keep things clean; stick to the facts. Have a link with a kid that is transferring and where? Fine; that can be posted. But the "I heard..." is still not appropriate or acceptable here.
