Add parking and traffic.. 5 minutes on a normal night. 30 minutes this Friday night. But an absolutely wonderful pregame place to go to!!! Totally suggested!

South Adams 1A ...Turf

As an aside. A few years ago it rained the entire week prior to the Week 9 SAC Championship game with Bishop Luers and Snider. Luers was hosting and the field was absolutely a disaster. We thought that with BLHS being a mainly passing team, they would move to an open local turf site. NOPE. Snider a running team was absolutely in their element, and won comfortably. I would not be shocked seeing a team taken completely out of their focus by conditions this Friday. And yes there was a time when NOBODY had turf. You knew the situation, and prepared accordingly. . Now, it (grass) is a major factor that needs to be of concern and changes the entire approach to an offensive scheme.

Was i in responding AS AN OFFICIAL? And as I said before, there are a myriad of reasons that have NOTHING to do with BLHS being a private institution not having turf. The one across town, not only got turf....but an entire stadium! I could rattle off reasons why that situation being approved was much more aggregious than the denial of donated funds for turf installation for BLHS.

Officials who don't like grass have EVERY right to complain! And there are a myriad of reasons that BLHS doesn't have turf.... let's not go down that road. Apparently, a sarcastic retort sets ya off

Even today, I feel sick for the Rocks in that 2021 6A game. Yes, it would have been a tough catch....but still 'catch-able' even when sliding. Then an INT on the next play to seal it for CG. So close, yet so far.

No idea where you've been. But if ND is in town, he's ALWAYS there to support his son. Had you watched the game on Saturday (Navy) you would've seen him in a black hoodie in the end zone, cheering him along.

I can guarantee you that there is one team in Sectional 25 that is a big time AC fan right about now. If SF can get them moved up. Then Bluffton can get that matchup off their radar. But there's still: Busco and Eastside there. Heck, SA could get pushed up to #25. Not a great swap actually.

You had better have your A$$ dicecting the 'snapper's butt and on LOS as a wide out. We started a State Finals game once with the Right tackle basically in the backfire, and tossed a flag. The next 5 minutes the HC was pleading if he gets a 'warning' . Then complaining about the previous year's penalties aginast them. I wasn't there for that contest. Game 15 of the season... so, hell no! It's an infraction TONIGHT.
